Eurocell plc - Kings Norton Avis 

Everything required was in stock, quick and easy collection from local depot.

Card machine wasn’t working. Had to order online whilst in the store and then when I had ordered I found that I didn’t need one part and asked if I could get a refund and was told that I couldn’t because it was an online order. Service wasn’t great also so not a very good experience overall.
Eurocell customer service contacted me to resolve my issues and refund for the parts I didn’t need. I’m happy to update my review based on the follow up experience.

Used eurocell often, order process very straightforward followed by telephone call to arrange delivery. Good stuff at a great price.

Ordered early morning about 6.30am and was telephoned to say it was now ready for collection about 8.00am.
Went to collect and was served by an efficient employee who ws very pleasant
Couldn't give 5 stars because think they should be able to offer to cut down long lengths

The product I wanted to buy on Click and Collect wasn't in stock at my local Kings Norton Branch , but to avoid me having to drive 18 miles round trip to Redditch the guys at KN arranged for a stock transfer so that I could click & Collect locally the same day.
