From order to delivery arrived on time staff were very helpfull this is my first order for skirting board from eurocell thank you.

Ordered garden decking for some gates I had made. Nothing was too much trouble for Mitchell and Ben at the Scunthorpe branch – both were very informative and kept me fully up to date, especially as the colour I ordered was not a stock item and had to be specially ordered in.

The driver, Nigel, was also extremely helpful. Only my parents were home at the time of delivery, and he kindly carried the decking around the back and made sure it was left safely.

Fast efficient delivery,not long after my purchase was contacted by Scunthorpe branch to tell me product would be delivered the following day 02/12, excellent service.

Good stock levels, convenient location and great staff, even when only buying the small stuff

I took a customer in and placed a significant order for one job. Listen and excepted there suggestions on adhesive. Even as they joked about people using silicone instead of their recommended products. Used the product as recommended only for everything to fall off days later.
I then returned to the outlet and complained . “ well it’s not the adhesive I would use “ was the response, “ but I won’t do everything about it, as they sold you an adhesive “.
When I pointed out that it was now going to take me half a day to remove everything and re-glue it. Nothing, except he agreed that it would take me about that time to fix the problem.
So in short customer advice poor.
Customer service even worse.

Absolutely amazing, could not of wished for better service in the shop and the guys delivering our panels.

We had an idea of what we wanted, reference fencing, but he showed the different colours etc. We then spent a several hundred pounds. Could not have been more helpful and highly recommend Eurocell.

Placed my Order online, i was expecting the order to be delayed due to it being out of stock, but the customer service was amazing. She ran around chasing them items and got them for me by the following morning. Highly Recommend
