Not happy with Euro cell Sheffield.
I rang at 12 o'clock to ask if they had a time for my delivery, as I was waiting in, I was told within the hour.
Stayed in all day no delivery, and at 9pm that night someone came to the door to say had I ordered anything from Euro cell, to which I replies yes.
They had only gone and delivered the items to the wrong address. with no vehicle big enough to take the 5 metre lengths, so we had to walk it address with a few neighbours to collect them, and carry them back, as they were left outside and could have been stolen.
They had the correct address on the despatch/invoice note so there was no excuse for these to have been delivered to the wrong address.
Very unhappy customer to say the least.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to spend the day waiting for your delivery after being advised it would arrive within the hour, only to then find out later that evening that your order had been delivered to the wrong address. We are particularly sorry that you were then left having to collect the 5-metre lengths yourself, with the help of your neighbours, after they had been left outside.
We appreciate that this was not only inconvenient but also understandably concerning, given the risk of your items being left unattended and potentially being taken.
This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we can completely understand why you were unhappy. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, frustration and additional effort this caused you.
We will ensure your feedback is passed on to our Sheffield North team so that the delivery issues can be reviewed and addressed.
