Excellent customer service
My order was delivered next day but I found that I had ordered the wrong items. I telephoned the branch and the returns/refund numbers and the same day the correct items were delivered and the wrong ones collected. It was excellent customer service. Thank you all those I spoke to at Eurocell.

I ordered online for collection, when we called in we were met by a very helpful couple of guys which helped out with our order and a couple of other enquiries I had.

Excellent service
I visited Eurocell Shrewsbury and I have to say that the two young Gentlemen that dealt with me were absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful & knowledgeable . The guys "Ben & Louis" are a credit to Eurocell and I would like to think that they are both recognised for their efforts by their peers. Thank you gents, this will be the branch I use moving forward, even though there is one closer to home. Well done.

I visited the Shrewsbury branch on the 7/1/22 and was greeted by Casey and the team when requiring specific parts for a complex job. What I needed was found and I will be returning to the Shrewsbury branch.

Really great prices and excellent service. Provided me with everything I needed and delivered the materials in good time. The driver was very helpful and polite. Mat and Cacey were very helpful on the counter very knowledgeable.
