He utilizado el servicio de Eurochange una vez para comprar yenes y la experiencia ha sido totalmente positiva. Me enviaron el dinero a casa en tiempo récord, con el tipo de cambio acordado y sin ningún problema.

El proceso fue sencillo, claro y mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Si en el futuro necesito volver a cambiar divisa, sin duda repetiré con Eurochange.

Nos han llamado en el último momento diciendo q no tenían lo q pedimos y q nos devolvían el dinero.SON UNOS INFORMALES.NOS DIJERON MÁXIMO 48h Y NOS HAN ENGAÑADO .

Si necesitais billetes pequeños no compréis aquí. Pedí mil dólares en billetes pequeños, cobran por anticipado, y a los dos días me entreagan billetes de 100. No me admiten la devolución, solamente volver a comvertirlos a euros perdiento 69 euros.

Me encantó el trato y la eficiencia de shaima , esta persona sabe muy bien lo q hace. Recomiendo este sitio. El cambio está muy bien, tanto en compra como en venta en comparación con otras casas de cambio.

Tengo un billete de dolar en mal estado , deteriorado y no me lo cambiaron,y según ellos en su página web ponía que se cambiaba "cualquier tipo de billete esté como esté"

Wow! The Eurochange in Cheltenham gave outstanding customer service, after 45 years+ of buying currency I cannot praise this company and Carla (the customer services colleague at the branch) who really went the extra mile in making sure my order was correct. I was able to specify the denominations that I needed, have not seen that service ever before. I was kept upto date with my order & when I tried to contact them and couldn’t get through, Carla immediately rang me back. After collecting my Currency I asked Carla if I could place another order as the online price was so good, within 10 minutes my order was complete. If anyone at Eurochange is reading this please pass on my thanks to Carla who was a real star.

Funcionar puede ser, para inscribirse y hacer on line, cosa que yo estaba obligado en el local de San Sebastián, para inscribirte te piden todos tus documentos personales como el DNI que es personal, etc., se quedan con esos documentos fotografiados, ninguna seguridad de que los destruyan, pago y mi banco los rechaza por riesgo de empresa peligrosa. Luego a las 24 a 48 horas te mandan por correo o te pasas por su local a recoger las divisas, cumplirán? No lo se, paré todo ante lo que me informó mi banco.

Terrible customer service if anything goes wrong as did with me when they gave me the incorrect currency. They make it very hard for you to fight your corner with ignored emails and don’t ring you back when they say. I wasted so much time with a lot of stress with this company. They spoilt the run up to my holiday and again after when trying to sort out THEIR mistake.

I recently had a concerning experience with Eurochange when I ordered Euros online, only to discover upon arrival at my destination that €400 of the notes were identified as fake. Despite bringing this to Eurochange's attention, they claimed there was nothing they could do.

The fact that the notes never left my sight or exchanged hands, proves they originated from Eurochange. Unfortunately, as there is no governing body for money exchange, my options for recourse are limited to involving the police and Action Fraud, both of whom are currently investigating.

My advice is to avoid and use your bank. If, like me, you receive counterfeit currency from them, they will deny any responsibility, leaving you with no apparent recourse. It's disheartening to see fake notes circulating within their system, coupled with an unhelpful customer service experience that was both patronising and unfair.

Given my experience, I strongly recommend sticking with your bank for currency exchanges and avoiding Eurochange. Your peace of mind and financial security are paramount.
