Ordered on a Sunday, not heard anything by the Friday. Called, waited on hold and the line just cuts you off. Website just says order received. Poor. I suspect the order will get cancelled by them.

Bought a strap wrench. It broke first time I used it. They refused a refund, even though the tool was not fit for purpose.

Completely misleading website.inaccurate images and descriptions. I Searched for rear brake pads that fit my car. A number of brands pop up cheapest is Shows jjust a picture of the pads, the more expensive pads are advertised as brake pad sets and show calliper guide pins alongside the pads and the most expensive brand shows an image of pads, clips and guide pins. I need pads and pins so chose the more pads with the pins. Only pads arrived no pins, raised a complaint to be told the pads don’t include the pins and that I
would have to pay to return the item. Can’t trust the images or descriptions on their site I would avoid using Euro car parts

Gave the branch the car reg and ordered brake pads and discs too the car to the garage to be told it's the wrong pads and discs even though the reg was put in . Tried to explain this to the brach but they kept saying that we ordered it wrong. Absolutely joke of a company and shocking customer service will never use them again

Euro car parts Norwich, one person serving, slower than a sloth and rude. Several people waiting, been here 20 minutes!!

All Euro parts are rubbish, my location Euro parts is Bristol Filton , if you go there you will be treated like they are so offended why you are there ? Staffs are very rude even manager do not care about contacting you when you make a complaint . Head office also do not care about you . I guess they have made some regular customers like me so no cares . But that is harming their brand they don’t even know as like me so many peoples are now using GSF where you get proper polite and knowledgeable customer service. Any garage use Euro parts to source parts I never let them do my cars . Euro part you are disgrace and stop selling that low quality parts and stop abusing customers.

Despicable, rude and obnoxious. Never experienced such appalling customer care and disrespect. Online they claim and quote, 'we always aim to provide the best service possible'. This is an outright lie. The incompetence is breath taking and any attempt to put things right is non-existent.

I was here to collect my online order 5 minutes after the opening time. No one was there at reception. I understand they were busy in office but a member of staff ( named Chris who actually came late to work) rudely said “ what are you doing here, you shouldn’t be inside while no one is at the reception” . This was very unethical and inappropriate. People with this attitude shouldn’t be employed or at least should have their basic manners training.

Tragedy, I ordered parts and website said the same day delivery. 4 days in and still no parts, customer service absolute joke, even bot is a mistake. Website said it was delivered but no parts delivered and nobody is answering, I have no words, avoid at any cost!

Purchased the am tech spring compressors while awaiting the arrival of the velvour ones and I have got to say the am tech ones are the worst ones I've ever experienced let alone the most deadly multiple times the spring on full compressor let go in to my hand fore arm and face shouldn't be selling these products and patently willing to compensate or refund

Ordered spark plugs with discount code only one my car needs 3 had to buy 2 more had to pay full price just found them on amazon for 3 £15.99 euro car parts very expensive

Clunky slow website. No longer cheap, you can get things cheaper from eBay/local factors. Usually one person serving at the counter so takes ages to click and collect.

You’ll type in your car details, buy the part they recommend will fit your car and guess what..??? doesn’t even fit your your car. What’s the point!!! Not happy

Used to be my go to shop....now the prices have gone through the roof. Website shows my Bosch s5a08 type 096 stop start battery for £354.....Tayna have the exact same model for £122.
Guess where I'll be getting mine from.

Tragic London Catford euro car parts custom service.Had to wait more than 15 minutes for service.My order was partially fulfilled, I received 1 item of 2 items and they were unable to explain why item 2 was missing.
The order was re-placed for the next day. The next day, after the first call at 2:00 PM, they told me to call back at 4:00 PM. I had call 4:00 PM I wait 15 minutes for someone to answer, but no one answered.
I am very disappointed with this service

I went this morning to buy a tool from europarts doncaster and the guy at the front desk had a terrible attitude so bad that I asked him if he had a bad night. Employees like him you do not need enemies.

Emamon was a honest man, best customer service I have had for a while, unique way of explaining things. Helping me to save money . Top guy . If you want to speak to someone and get advise he is your man. Legend

Do not buy anything from euro car parts ordered a tow bar from them on the 21st of may says on the website not available in store but delivery only paid extra for next day delivery 3 days later called them to find out what has happened only to be told there's none in stock so asked for a refund was told the local branch will handle it after another few days still no refund numerous phone calls later and it's now the second of June and I'm still waiting for a refund been told it might take another 3 to 5 days the staff at my local branch are miserable and unhelpful will definitely not be using them again
