Great service
I had a conversation on line with EV- Cables about their adaptor plug to convert a Type one to a Type two as I wasn't sure it would work. Lee said he was sure it'd be ok but I could return it if it didn't.
It arrived on time and work well !

Type 1 to type 2 Adapter
I was looking for an adapter to convert my old type 1 charging station cable for a type 2 car. The information provided on their website was clear and accurate. The adapter was delivered quickly and works well. It appears to be strongly made and a quality product.

I needed a bigger cable to charge in…
I needed a bigger cable to charge in the street outside my property. This one lets me charge even if someone is parked at my house in the street. The cable is robust and the yellow colour makes it stand out. Was delivered quickly and customer services also responded quickly to a query.

Brilliant company and great solid…
Brilliant company and great solid product. Ordered a 3m cable to keep in my car then a 10 m to use from garden to the street.
Product arrived really quickly and is a good, high quality coloured cable with excellent dust protectors too. The yellow cable makes it easy to see.
After my first order I emailed customer services a question and had a quick response.
If you need a new or spare charging cable I would definitely recommend this company.

Customer Service Excellence
The customer service I experienced in advance of the purchase stood head and shoulders above others. Lee's advice was detailed. Really informative and helped me to make a decision, when typically for me, I was sitting on the fence.
There was a hiccup with the courier for the delivery, but that was swiftly resolved and Lee stayed in contact throughout the whole process.
Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again and have already recommended them to friends.

purchased Type 1 to 2 EV charging adapter
Good description on the website with pictures, and the product arrived quickly, really well packaged with a soft bag keep it safe when in daily use.
Only minor thing was the comment on the site that some cars not compatible, mine wasn't listed but couldn't find how to double check.

Thanks also for the feedback on compatibility information. You’re right — it wasn’t as clear as it could have been. We’ve reviewed the product page and updated the EV compatibility section (which was a bit too far down the page) to make things much clearer. It now states that all Type 2 vehicles are compatible unless listed in the exceptions list.
Sorry this wasn’t clearer when you ordered, but your comment has definitely helped us improve the page for everyone going forward.

Good site for good quality EV Chargers and Cables
I was looking for a 10m charging cable , UK 3 Pin to Type 2 and it was difficult to choose which one to go for. I ended up buying a EVStor Portable EV Charger with time delay from EV-Cables. The charger itself is very good quality and comes with a two year warranty so I am very happy with my purchase. I have used it several times and it works smoothly and has a nice simple screen displaying how the charging is going. It was posted quickly using DHL. There was a small delay when DHL lost the parcel but Lee chased them and it was found and quickly delivered to me. So great customer service too.

Easy to select the cable I wanted in the colour that i wanted. It was competativly priced arrived quickly and was great quality. Especially like the ability to prevent rain gathering in the protective caps.
