I originally had the Zappi charger installed a little over 3 years ago with EV Wales and that was a brilliant service back then.

I've recently started a trial with an energy company and as part of that they were not getting an accurate reading and advised that this was possible due to the CT clamp. Looking at the setup, it looked like this was no longer connected, probably disconnected when my smart meter was replace last year. Anyway, I thought I'd e-mail EV Wales for advice and it was great to receive such a fast response from them, with some clear instructions on how to reconnect the clamp. Even a follow up question was again quickly responded to.

Other companies would have probably just ignored my e-mail, but EV Wales took the time to respond; this is such a great example of a company looking after their customers.

Having become acquainted with the functions of the new charger, I’m really pleased with its clever tech, all controlled from the excellent and straightforward app. It even does ‘light shows’ for Christmas, Halloween and parties!!

EV Wales installed four chargers for us and the process and experience was excellent from start to finish. Some installations were non standard so site surveys were conducted prior to quoting and all were fitted to the homeowners specification. Really friendly staff, were happy to accommodate my request that the Zappi charger I was getting installed was set up so that my solar/battery install wouldn't drain into the car. Amazing service! After I was being badly let down by a rival company EV Wales stepped in to help and went above and beyond to ensure the issue's left by the other companies poor work had been completely rectified and working. I was left with issues with my Zappi charger for over a year which they sorted within a few hours. I cannot recommend them enough and I will definitely be using them again on future projects.

EV Wales made the whole experience very easy to order my EV charger, at a good price. The installer arrived when they said they would, and spent time going through what needed to be done to install charger, and at the end he spent time explaining how to use it. I would definitely recommend.

I needed a company to install 3x chargers at my workshop but I was unsure which chargers to have. EV Wales listened to what we were looking for as a business and we ended up going with Easee.
When it came to installation there was more work that needed to be done than originally planned. The team even stayed late to get the install all done in one day.

October 2022 Installation process.

We had a EV Charger fitted in October 2022, the installation was completed professionally & promptly on time. The cable management was Excellent

We also had a Solar PV & Battery Storage system fitted the same time. Again the installation was completed professionally & promptly on time. The cable management was Excellent & neat.
Paper support work (certs)
The Cert process is a long process, which I was not prepared for and is a frustrating process. But the MCS & DNO are required and was completed in the end.

It is a times like this you are glad to have chosen a Excellent company like EV-Wales.
