SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST
This company is a disgrace they charge way over the top prices and especially if the price is coming from your insurance they hold your car hostage avoid there a bunch of scamming jokers

Very friendly staff, fast reaction on accident assistance, professional and really supportive.

I firstly went to Navcar on 13th of May 2025 on the recommendation from Craig at RAC. I needed one of my tyres to be repaired. They repaired the tyre and I was very pleased.

But today it was noticed by my neighbour that this particular tyre looked to going flat again.

I drove back to Navcar and without question they looked at the problem and immediately repaired it once more.

The reason I am writing this review is just to say thank so much for your speedy service, for the kind and courteous way I was treated which to me goes along way in this day and age. Finally to Caitlin for a good job well done.

I used them today to move a caravan from Manchester to bury and couldn't be happier I spend about a hour and half with the driver getting in the awkward drive which is more than most companies that just drop and go 10/10 service

I can't fault the mechanics who worked hard trying to sort out a fault on my car. They told me what they thought was the issue and it turns out that it is the problem.
What has upset me is what they charged me for a rental car. I was first told it would £185 for a week and that any days not used I would get a refund. ( I assumed this was £30 a day ) and then was told at the garage that I would only need the car for a day or two. Turned out I only needed it for a day..and the charge was ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY POUNDS...and this was a small 1lt car not something top of the range. That is daylight robbery. Actually it's worse than daylight robbery. If you need to hire a car go to Salford Van Hire. I've hired one for a WEEK( similar size ) and its £120 in total. You have been warned.

Awful experience. Honestly they are scammers. A combination of unprofessional staff shady business practices and trying to scam you with further works.

Stay away from them got stuff stolen in my car
My car stayed by them 1 month for nothing repairs they said can’t find your part on ebay when i found them in 10 min brought them and installed them with another garage scammers be careful with them

Liam helped me out after contacting NavCar with a problem with my brother’s car top lad him he was also quite quick and very polite I was in and out in 1hour definitely recommend NavCar and their service was excellent I will use them again in the future

Liam has previously done a few small bits and pieces of work to our van. This time was an MOT and a lot of work required. Excellent service from start to finish and kept us updated throughout. Would 100% recommend

Took my car to Liam this morning to fix snapped belt! Amazing service, diagnosed problem and had it fixed in less than 2 hours, couldn’t recommend him enough will definitely use him for other work and highly recommend

What a pleasant surprise! I have used other local garages and have struggled to get hold of them, to get booked in, and to get prompt repairs. I have used Navcar on 2 occasions now, and both times I got straight through to them, and they dealt with the repairs on the same day.

Broke down in Liverpool rang navcars came out within 45 mins car fixed at the road side thanks again to the lad that came out an sorted it cannot fault this company

THE WORST SCAMMING COMPANY!

This company is ran by a bunch of clueless con artists. Claim to have bought parts, put on an invoice then send them back but still charge you for them. Check their Facebook ‘mentions’ page and I will be MORE THAN HAPPY to prevent you absolute tons of evidence of unqualified apprentices working on cars and forgetting to put coolant pipe jubilee clips on properly. Aris the name is of the “mechanic” (who needs supervising) messing cars up. Kid is an absolute fool and knows nothing more than the average man. Smiles when he knows he’s in the wrong and if wasn’t on cctv I guarantee he wouldn’t be smiling. Message me for ANY proof you are wanting to see and I’ll be happy to present them. Currently going through a court process which is involving Trading Standards for overcharged car parts that weren’t even fitted!

Recovered from Manchester City centre and taken to Stockport. Very professional and friendly service from driver, Liam. Reasonable price and fast service highly recommend

Lovely staff, gearbox issue diagnosed and repaired on my car same day only issue I had whilst mechanic was explaining what’s wrong with my car the lady from office very rudely shouted for me to leave garage area

Fantastic company to rent a car from. I was let down by a car company closer to where I was staying (Manchester airport) and needed a car asap. Lez and his team had a car ready within the hour!!

Tyre blew out coming off the motorway. After faffing about with other potential recovery services, I rang and spoke to Navcar. 30 ish minutes after the call was made I had a new tyre on the car and ready to go.

Would definitely use again. Hope I don't have to, but I'd call them first next time.

i was using a few garages to take care of my minibuses than i found out about navcar and since then there are taking special care on all my vans maintenance fixing everything so friendly and with amazing top staff very very much recommended

I had a leak on my campervan power steering. After having an excessive quote from another company Navcar were able to book it in the next day and complete the repair for an eighth of that quote. Prompt and pleasant service.
