Evaless Avis 

I ordered through Amazon but I didn't heed the warning that this is a company with frequent returns. i.e. Returns are directly through Evaless and the return system is impossible. No email to notify. No phone number that works. A lot of money loss in returning. They had to keep approving my request. Requests for more information which I gave them and they said that I didn't respond so closed my approval so I have to start all over again. I feel really sorry for people who ordered many products. My problem still not resolved. The 909 phone number says no identification just leave a message for that number as if it were a personal number.

ES UNA ESTAFA. PUBLICIDAD ABSOLUTAMENTE ENGAÑOSA
El tamaño no se corresponde con el bote del vídeo del anuncio. Es un botecito de 30 ml que además no sirve para nada. Ni cubre roces ni esconde ningún arañazo.

well-stocked site, shipping arrives on time.. I bought some sweaters, I find them of excellent quality and as described.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Lost nearly $100. Asked for refund bc they didn't have my items in stock. Keep saying its been processed but nothing to date. Also the shirt they told me is out of stock is still being advertised.

My husband Steve Watkins ordered me a pair of jeans, shoes, earrings and a shirt all alabama in Sept so far all we have received are the jeans we asked for a refund and tried to cancel order but that did not happen still waiting on shoes, shirt, and earrings buyer beware it should not take this long to get product , if they don't have it in stocks they should not advertise I will never order from these people again I do hope to get the other things my husband ordered fir me , if not I may get and atty. I hate to be cheated.

Unfortunately, they say they allow returns but email or phone number nor responding on the contact us page goes anywhere. I liked the product but just wanted to exchange for a different size since I had never ordered from them was not sure if their sizing was accurate, so went a little larger than I would have. I am stuck with four items and will never order again, a shame as I liked the items I received just needed a correct size. Their loss as I do enjoy shopping.

HORRIBLE! I ordered on Sept. 12 and my order as of Oct. 5th shows unfulfilled. Nor contact or support offered. It is a scam and they take your money. Even their tracking company is fake.

I was told that if I sent back the wrong size jeans that I could get the right size. Poor customer service this has been going on for months. All I wanted was an exchange. I was told I’m not getting them!!!
No refund either!!!

Absolutely wonderful communication did not miss be answering questions. The product was as described and pictured. There is a slight pink tone to the cardigan but overall I loved it. The company stance back behind their customers and wants to deliver the overall best experience.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Reviews on google are obviously FAKE!!!! I paid $25 for 5/7 day shipping!! Not shipped yet and getting emails telling me 10/18 days!!!!!!! Only way of communicating is email with CHINESE in it, and it takes 24 hours for their short responses with no solution!!!!!
WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

I love the range of collection of Evaless. It has a lot of cool fashion items to choose from. I got some clothes from Evaless. They fit nicely and are in good quality for the price range. I will get more from this brand 😍
