Make sure you ask for Neo
I went into the High Wycombe store to buy some vape products for my partner at the beginning of September. I met Neo (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) and he was very friendly and helpful
Today (23rd September) I went and he recognised me from my first visit which was very nice. I told him what I needed and then was speaking to my partner on the phone to check what he wanted
Again a really nice visit with lots of help and support from Neo. He even suggested getting my partner to come in so they could have a chat and he could suggest suitable products for him.

Not knowing much about vapes
Not knowing much about vapes, I was at the mercy of the staff. The young lady that served me was patient, knowledgeable, very polite and informative. Will definitely make the Redhill shop my go to place for vape related items.

My ecig went as flat as a pancake yesterday so I googled shops in my area. This one had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. Top notch service and really know their products. Value for money with offers ongoing. Will definitely visit again.
