I have tried many vape shops
I have tried many vape shops and outlets I have been vaping for a few months now and not been able to get the right advice and not being understood for my needs however I saw a outlet in my city of Norwich called vapo I decided to go in there and try and get the products I needed I was overwhelmed by the excellent customer service and expert advice meeting the team they understood my needs after buying and purchasing some of the products after trying them out I was very satisfied I friendly outgoing members of staff who knew what they were talking about and was very knowledgeable thank you to your all that is a place that I will go to now

Went into Weston super mare store and the chap was so helpful and knowledgeable that I switched from lost Mary which I have been using for years to one he recommended. I noticed the difference straight away. I am going in again today to get some more supplies.

tried to buy some vape oil that was on…
tried to buy some vape oil that was on offer, (2 for £20) but the till would not accept the discount advertised - the young lady behind the counter called her manager then head office to try to resolve this but was unable so after waiting 20 mins I left empty handed. The assistant was great and really tried to help so the issue lies with management. You really need to get those processes in place before you advertise them....

Absolutely amazing and faultless service from the whole team. Understand my needs and matched me perfectly with my needs as someone who's just started vaping.
The flavors of the juices are incredible, and I've already made upgrades to my pods. Definitely recommend the triple mango from double brew. Flavor absolutely slaps.
