The dress is the right colour, size and pattern. It is very thin, not what I call a winter dress. Very odd shape so I'll alter it to suit me.

The lamps are absolutely diabolical, I brought two and nothing like photos cheap and nasty.

Same company as Ivy-Cambridge who are conning people out of money. Ivy are using a business address belonging to a hairdressers and beauty business. It's a con. Loads of people are being conned out of lots of money. Both need the fraud dept to investigate and close them.down now.

Great service from the company,unfortunately when my item arrived it was damaged but the company sorted the issue right away and sent a replacement which arrived intact

Would give no stars if possible Received a sweater today that bears no resemblance to the picture or description on website and garment label not even attached . Should be 100%cashmere but this is obviously man made fibre which is very poor quality and not even the colour ordered . I have emailed customer services to complain but am sure that I will not get a response given previous reviews seen here!!

OMG A total rip off the lamps are cheap plastic broken rubbish nothing like what is advertised. So many excuses not to refund money on a broken item.PLEASE DO NOT BUY anything from this scam site cheap China rubbish

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give this company -1 stars if I could. I received a faulty item, and wished to return it and get a full refund, to which I was told they didn’t agree that the clothing was faulty. There is clear evidence of this on the images I sent to them and it is something that cannot be worn because of it. Very cheap material, faulty in numerous places and nothing like the pictures.

I’ve given a 1 star review but really this company don’t deserve any stars. The dress I ordered arrived and was nothing like the advertised item. To return would have cost an excessive amount as it had to be returned internationally. I asked for returns label but was told they didn’t have them. No return address given. It took around three months to sort the matter out by a third party. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I was impressed about being kept up to date re delivery, but I was disappointed that the item took quite a while to arrive.

(For your company to note: my PC security programme would not let me check your updates saying you may be an 'on-line-scam'. My I-pad and phone were fine.)

DON’T Give them MONEY. Their website is wilful deception. The goods bear NO resemblance to what you will receive. They don’t refund on discounted goods. ALL their goods are ‘discounted’, so you will receive NO refund.

It’s cheap Asian rubbish. You have been told.

I ordered a so called Tiffany style dog which came and was so bad, it was obviously made from a mould which the finish looked so cheap. I paid £29 and when I said I wanted to return it they gave me a Chinese addressed which will cost £9 to return to.
They offered me a 6% refund and to keep the dog which meant I'm £23 out of pocket.
They have a UK email

Ordered and paid for item in good faith 4 weeks ago. Received numerous shipping notifications although all of them were exactly the same and offering no delivery date. Trying to contact them but the website and email address have been blocked on all platforms. The exact same item is now showing up on various different advertisements throughout facebook at the same price of £29.99. Looking into it further I have seen the item is also available on Temu for £5.98 - I paid Eve-Oxford £29.99 which was supposedly a discounted price. They are now showing up as scam on scam detector sites. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY !
