I ordered a hairband and I was absolutely delighted with it. It looked exactly as it did on the website, if not even prettier, the quality is fab. It also came packaged very well, protected but also in a super cute pink bag, perfect for a gift. I will definitely order again and highly recommend. I had a little hiccup with ordering, I think I had a poor connection, and accidentally placed multiple orders. This was resolved for me really quickly. X

Would prefer to have the flexibility of returns, but luckily the product was beautiful and fit for my friends wedding - so the return was not needed.

Perfect!
Fast delivery. Beautifully wrapped on arrival, with a little bag to keep the headband in perfect condition. The headband itself was gorgeous - not tight on my head and didn’t dig in at the sides like so many do which meant I was able to keep it on comfortably all day at a wedding. I got so many compliments on the headband, I love it!!

My gorgeous headband arrived today. There was a problem with delivery but this was the royal mail's error. Lisa communicated promptly throughout and sent another headband when the first one didn't arrive by special delivery. Much appreciated, many thanks
