Price match not guaranteed
I got a number of quotes and since Event Display was close, but not the best quote, and they have a "price match guarantee," I kept updating them with the competing quotes. Their answer was, "we cannot match that quote." It was for the same dimensions and same specifications. Basically, their price match guarantee means... nothing and IMO should be removed from the website. They get the right of reply to competing quotes and offer nothing in return.

Our order was incorrect
Our order was incorrect - wrong artwork on one tablecloth (2 identical tablecloths instead of 2 tablecloths each with a different logo) and both tablecloths missing a zip. A replacement was provided but they did not arrive in time for our event. Very disappointed.

After sales service is impeccable.
After sales service is impeccable with this company, I ordered a spare part that arrived damaged and within 30mins of sending the email a new one was on the way. Coupled with the initial service when I ordered the gazebo I cannot thank them enough!!

Custom Gazebo
Recently Purchased a full custom 6×3m Gazebo with Custom walls and custom flags.
I Dealt with Jason through the whole process. And I cannot speak highly of him and the company enough.
They whole process was super simple from the arranging quotes and up to receiving my delivery.
Nothing was to hard for the team, Each change I required was promptly dealt with. I highly recommend Event Display.

Great service and product
Jason Allan, the Senior Account Manager was wonderful to deal with. He was very polite and patient as we worked around getting the design right for my wife's food take away van. When the design was completed, the delivery of the banner didn't take long at all. Also, the price was very reasonable, and competitive compared to other sellers.

what has happened to quality control?
The sales team are good and respond when contacted but they are not proactive in following up orders to ensure they are produced and delivered on time.
Whoever manufactures your frames however is of extremely poor quality. The frame for my new media wall was poorly constructed with parts hanging loose, and at least one section of elastic within the frame is about to break - it’s like old, second hand material with no strength or structure has been used.

Great company to deal with.
Event Display had exactly what I needed, and priced right.
The only issue was the time it took for the item to leave the warehouse.
