No labelled instructions. Poor glueing strength.
I had to do guess work for installation as no instruction sheet is provided for installation. Its is not an ordinary sticker installation. Peeling the thin sheet on the back of letters was a nightmare. The glue itself is not very strong as claimed. One of the letters failed to stick and had to be secured with my own glue.

According to our records, invoice payment was selected as the payment method at checkout for this order. With this option, the order is processed and delivered first, and payment is then made afterwards using the invoice that is sent with the order.
We do not have any record of a Visa card payment being processed for this order in our system.

The ability to create something that was specific to our needs was great, and the overall quality was good. The processing/delivery was quite long given the size of the order, and there was a small issue with the edge that wasn't even but we were able to file it down.

They fully took this onboard and have sent me out a brand new one at no additional cost. It has been a long time since I received such excellent, prompt and efficient service, I would have no hesitation in recommending them over anyone else. Thank you Signomatic.
