Good order process, seemingly wasn't sent.
Easy checkout and order process however order was heavily dealyed until I enquired as to it's whereabouts 2 weeks after ordering as I hadn't recieved shipment info. Recieved the info later same day and recieved a few days after the enquiry.

We are very impressed
We are very impressed. We have dealt with you before but prior to Covid so 2019. We contacted you via email. Communication was responded quickly. Order placing was easy, made changes then paid. Informed the person we needed this within a one week frame-line. Was advised not a problem. Two marquees with logos, tablecloth and flags all receive one week later. I rang the person we were dealing with and thanked her for her service.

Tablecloths for Expos
I ordered tablecloths with our company logo displayed. I was contacted quickly and able to confirm the colour scheme and artwork so easily. They arrived really quickly and are exactly what I was looking for. Very happy.

Yes folks the experience was very good
Yes folks the experience was very good. Informative along the build process and in good time as well.
Only thing I can say is the Marquee did not come with a carry bag? Would have preferred that to keep it clean and in good shape when not in use. There may have been an option to include one but I do not recall?

Amazing service
I was very impressed with the service I received the whole way through the process. I originally requested quotes for marquees with our logo printed on it from 3 companies. Event Display was the first one to supply me with a quote and then do up a mock artwork for me (other companies wanted me to confirm an order before arkwork was mocked up). The marquee arrived within less than 2 weeks and looks amazing.

I could not be happier with the service and the finished product that we received. Jack at Event Display was so proactive in assisting to identify exactly what we needed, provide mock-ups and artwork. The whole process was flawless and the extra money we spent for the 48-hour turn around was well spent! 4 days from quote to product arriving was SO impressive!
