Increased my price but a ridiculous…

Increased my price but a ridiculous amount despite me being in a 3 year contract!! I don’t see any point to signing a fixed contract with a company if they can just change it drastically midterm. Such a scam, would 100% avoid and instead go to Waterplus it’s much better!!

Great company

First bill was estimated and sky high. Fast response to the issue.
Got through on phone quickly.
Followed up with a call back.
Far better than other utility companies with the resolution.
Early days for me but impressed so far.

First class customer service

You only find out how good a utility company is when there is a problem.
With so many battles to sort things out these days I was expecting the same when I had an unexpected high bill, but it was dealt with efficiently and I was kept informed throughout the process to resolve it. A full refund of my unexpected bill was issued within a couple of days and the problem resolved. Special thanks to Matthew (Customer Service Advisor) who made a potentially stressful situation a breeze.
