Amanda Went Above and Beyond

I had a long running issue with my account, and I want to personally thank Amanda for the excellent support she provided throughout the entire process.

From start to finish, Amanda was professional, patient, and very responsive. She kept me informed at every stage, took the time to clearly explain what was happening, and made sure my concerns were properly understood and addressed. Even when the situation became complicated, she remained helpful and reassuring, which made a big difference.

What really stood out was her persistence in getting the issue resolved and her willingness to follow up and ensure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to customer service.

Problem sorted out quickly

Did have a small problem at the beginning of miss communication between us and the Waste Company but when i contacted the Ever flow Customer service they sorted it out quickly and kept me informed to what was going on and things and where it was with the delivery of the Bins we where waiting for

Stay away from this company nothing …

Stay away from this company nothing but extortionate prices if I could give 0 star i would they charge you 2 months bin advance they seem to know how much u gonna use 2 months ahead absolutely pathetic.
