When i eventually got through on the telephone (15mins wait) the advisor i spoke with was most helpful and potentially resolved my issue

I had to phone twice to get and end of tenant sorted. But the final call I had the advisor stayed on the phone to make sure I received it and we got it all wrapped up within 2 days.
