Elvington was a great laid out track…
Elvington was a great laid out track and the staff were really helpful with a good briefing. Was disappointed when I was told the McLaren 570 GT4 I had booked was not available as it had tire problems, I was offered a Ferrari 458 GT3 or an Audi R8 GT3 as an alternative so chose the Ferrari. I had two other cars booked Lamborghini Huracan GT4 and a Formular 4 single seater. I drove the Lamborghini and Ferrari and the Formular 4 was meant to be my last car, but unfortunately I was unable to reach the clutch pedal so could not drive the car, I was offered the Porsche GT3 Rs as an alternative which was a great car. Bit disappointing that out of the three cars I had booked I was only able to drive one. That said the staff on site were really helpful/

We’re sorry to hear about the disappointment of the McLaren 570 GT4 being unavailable due to tyre issues. While vehicle availability can occasionally change for safety and maintenance reasons, we completely understand how frustrating it can be when you’ve specifically booked certain cars and are looking forward to driving them.
We also appreciate your understanding regarding the Formula 4 single seater and are sorry it wasn’t possible for you to drive due to the pedal reach. We’re glad the team were able to offer the Porsche GT3 RS as an alternative and that you enjoyed the experience in that car.
We completely understand your disappointment that, out of the three original cars booked, only one was exactly as planned. That said, we’re really pleased to hear the on-site staff were helpful and did their best to accommodate alternative options and make the day enjoyable.

Do not book over phone
The booking process over the phone with one of the staff was a horrible experience. He kept asking the same questions and constantly tried to upsell additional services. When I refused to take out insurance, he became rude and arrogant. He was not honest and failed to provide all the necessary information, which nearly misled me into paying for something I did not want.
I also questioned his competence, as he repeatedly suggested paying extra for things we supposedly needed. However, when we arrived at the venue, we found that everything we wanted was already included in what I had assumed I had paid for. It felt as though he was trying to charge me twice for the same things. I'm glad I refused and didn't fall for it.
That said, the experience itself on the day was amazing. The staff were excellent, and the whole event was very professional and well organised.
My only criticism of the experience is that I wish the instructors had allowed us to drive a bit faster. The pace was fairly moderate, and whenever you tried to speed up slightly, they would apply the brake. The cars were also somewhat rattly and not in the best condition.

4x Supercar Driving Experience
Booked the Dunsfold driving experience as a present for my father and to be honest we both came away feeling disappointed.
The whole day felt rushed from the moment we arrived. We were immediately being offered extras and upgrades and it felt like there was more focus on getting people to spend more money than on making the day enjoyable.
The event seemed overcrowded. It felt like more of a production line than a driving experience. People were being pushed through the cars as quickly as possible and it felt very impersonal.
To make matters worse, two of the four cars we had paid for weren't available because they had been overbooked. We were offered the option to come back on another day, but as I had travelled down to spend the day with my father for his birthday, this wasn't really a practical option for us. Instead, we had to choose another vehicle and were given two extra laps as compensation. While we appreciate that an alternative was offered, it wasn't the experience we had originally paid for.
We also noticed multiple cars displaying engine warning lights, which wasn't exactly reassuring when you're paying for a premium driving experience.
The organisation wasn't great either. While we were in our first car, our name was already being called for another one. It just added to the feeling of being rushed through the day.
Facilities were poor. Refreshments were very limited, there was hardly anywhere to sit and very little shade despite it being extremely hot. For the number of people attending, it just wasn't good enough.
It's a shame because this was meant to be a special day for my dad, but it didn't live up to expectations. The idea is great, but the reality was overcrowded, disorganised and disappointing. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend it based on our experience.

Kirran was a great instructor and the experience was very enjoyable if somewhat short. Arrival was not great with poor signage on site and a long queue - arrived half an hour early as instructed and was booked in with 2 minutes to spare.

Oakham Shambles
The organisation from start of the actual event day was very poor, we attended Oakham and we drove through the gates towards where others were gathered, we entered the car park got out and then had to guess where we needed, the check in desk lady (name unknown) seemed very disinterested in our booking/family so not the best start, we were then advised that one of the cars was out of action due to a breakdown which can be understood but no alternative offered just a double ride in one of the other 2 we had preselected. After we left the registration tent with our pink slip we headed outside and into a free for all where people were waving pink slips at one female staff member who was overwhelmed by the amount of people, those who handed in pink slips after us were shouted out ahead of us for some reason and our 14.30 start didn't happen till around 16.30 after my wife had to complain. There was very poor lack of order, communication and queuing throughout the event, if it was raining it would have been even worse, luckily the weather appeared to be the only plus, My son eventually got to drive 2 of his selected cars which he loved and was impressed by the instructors so this was a plus, however after the 2 drives the Fast Blast BMWs had a queue of over 1 hour wait time around 17.00 so we decided we'd had enough and left for home, sadly through this experience I cannot recommend to anyone thinking of attending this in the future unless changes are made.

I had a very good time especially in…
I had a very good time especially in the Porsche but the staff that work there who sit in passenger seat kept telling me how to drive and kept pressing the brake in the R8. For the money I spent to get there and drive a car it was a bit disappointing as I was expecting to be able to give the car a little more boost, telling me to change gear after only 2k rpm not even in boost range. Unfortunately I probably won't do the experience again.

Worth it
The experience was great overall. I did the 16-17 driving experience in Guildford and I had a really nice instructor called George. The area I was driving about in wasn’t huge but it was a good size to just get used to driving. I think something that could be improved is the cars used for the experience as the quality of them could’ve been improved. That’s probably what would make the experience better but still would recommend. Good fun, good atmosphere, good staff.
If you want to be impressed definitely book a super car experience though.
