Our son is a massive formula 1 fan so for his 13th birthday we decided to buy him an experience and what a fantastic choice it was. He drove 3 of his most favourite sports cars alongside an Ariel atom ride, what a thrill! Highly recommend the media package too, the footage from the Go Pro’s are amazin, he’s been watching them back all day reliving it. Can’t wait to receive the photos. All staff from start to finish were amazing, especially Peter COYS!! Reg had the best time and we will be back.

Absolutely brilliant experience for my…
Absolutely brilliant experience for my boy at Dunsfold Park. From the very off, it was well organised, felt extremely safe and overall a brilliant day out. The instructors were amazing, especially Andy. He made sure the day was the best it could be and one Arch will never forget. Thank you so much.
We took the 4 car option, Nissan GTR, Ferrari, Lambo and McClaren. We paid extra to have the practice laps in the GTR which was actually quite worth it, it meant Arch got to learn the track layout and how the cars work without having to waste his actual laps in the car. We also upgraded the high speed lap at the end to the Atom, this is 100% recommended. The smile on his face after made it worth much more that the money spent. We purchased the video and photo package which together was £50 but again, well worth it, you get audio in the car, the speeds and obviously see them driving around with a smile on their faces.
Overall and incredible day and will be booking Carver for our next one. Thank you for making it a special day

Everyman great linked voucher company awful
Booking wasn't easy but it got sorted out over phone when I got stuck with the voucher company. The car had a problem (learner driver experience booked) so they gave my son a lap in a comet as an apology after the lesson which he absolutely loved! People were great . 1 star taken off because of the hassle from 3rd party voucher company that is linked on your website. They were awful. I would think about changing them dealing with your clients.

Chaos
Chaos, no clear instructions for customers. Paid for fast track but no different. Staff arguing in front of customers. Long delays. Broken down cars so couldn’t drive our choice. Overpriced food.
Overall a rubbish experience, which is sad when it’s bought as a gift.
Driver team were great.

Good experience, poorly organised
Donnington Park
Overall, the driving experience itself was great, and my son absolutely loved getting behind the wheel. The instructors were good, and the driving was definitely the highlight of the day.
Unfortunately, the organisation let the experience down. We were told to arrive an hour early, only to spend most of that time standing around. Communication was poor, and we then waited over another hour before my son actually got to drive.
We also paid for the hot lap passenger ride, but because the car was full, we missed out on being in the front passenger seat, which was disappointing. There was also a constant push to upsell extras like photos, additional car experiences, and food.
In total, we spent around 3 hours at the venue for just 15 minutes of driving. While the driving itself was excellent and my son had a brilliant time, the overall experience was let down by poor organisation and long waiting times.

Poor customer service
The actual driving experience was good. However, I have been given no on board footage from the day. Was told at the media desk before and after the experience that all the footage would be emailed to me and after weeks of back and forwards emails still no resolution. Really frustrating that I have missed out on this because of what staff incorrectly told me on the day.

Great driving experience
My driving experience at Three Sisters was great. My instructors Graeme, Alistair, and Ric were all very clear with their communication and encouraged me to push the cars to create a fun and safe experience. I’d highly recommend Everyman driving experiences and would book with them again in future.

Cancelled our booking after months of waiting
From the very start trying to book this was a nightmare. We had to wait months for an available date, only for it to be cancelled on the day, just hours before. The reason given was they were short staffed. They should have made sure they would have adequate staffing especially when weekends are so busy. I was sent a list of available dates, when I called to try and book it, there was nothing available till autmn/winter and the dates i was sent weren't available. I have now requested a refund. However, I don't expect this will be an easy process either.
Must mention that the staff I actually spoke to were really nice and did try to help as best the could, but it was made impossible.
Edit to update that my refund has been refused as they believe waiting until autumn/winter is acceptable. When wether conditions won't be great and its a further 3/4 months wait at least. Had someone contacted me the next day as the company said they would we may have been able to book the date in July that I was told was available, but no one called. Another failure and bad organisation resulting in having a disappointed son and myself being out of pocket!! I will continue until I have been reimbursed and will absolutely not recommend this company.
