The company is a fraud. The shoes arrived late and packaged poorly in a plastic bag. Returns are impossible. The whole thing is a scam.

Trying to return these poor quality shoes and I'm being told they can't find my order.

Would give this a zero stats if I could. I ordered a pair of boots and some socks. Got a notification that my socks were delivered and they were not. Reached out to customer service who basically told me someone must have stolen the package...because it shows delivered on their end.

I would give zero stars if available.The company is a complete scam. I ordered boots that cost $119 plus shipping and after nearly 2 weeks they sent some cheapo knockoff boots that are not what I ordered. Getting a complete runaround on full refund and the socalled free returns require you to ship the boots to China. It is obvious that this fraud is their business model.

I purchased a pair of boots that cost over $100. I did not like them and wanted to return them for a refund. I tried reaching out to customer service with 5 emails. No response. I finally got on CHAT and they said I couldn't return them but them would offer me a 30% refund. I don't want a 30% refund. I want to return them for a full refund!

The boots are an ugly purple color, very cheap material made with faux fur. Not anything I would wear. The quality is below standard.

Be careful what you buy on Facebook. Advertising and especially the photos are FAKE or enhanced substantially!

The boots I received are very poor Quality! They have an awful chemical smell! Glue is showing on the seams and bottom sole is uneven. The FASHION stamped on the shoes was not shown in all the photos on their site when I purchased and makes them look even more cheap. I paid $119! I wouldn't even wear them if they were Free! I have been trying to return them but unable to get a response from the company on how to return. I have purchased many items from Facebook advertising-unfortunately I finally got scammed.

Their size chart is mens though the ads target women. You have to look at eu size. Their 9 is eu 43. That's a MANS size. When I added a comment to their Facebook ad asking for size clarification (I was burned $27 by another boot co. On Facebook by not registering the eu size before ordering), evo responded not with an answer but by instead reporting my profile to Facebook for "phishing*so now I'm in Facebook jail for 7 days.

This company lies about their refund policy. The shoes arrived way too big and do not close at the top at all I emailed multiple times with no response.Finally the response was they will give me thirty percent of my purchase price back. There are ninety day guarantee is a total lie. Do not order from them.

I would have selected zero but zero was not available. Winter boots advertised for senior citizens. Took almost two months to arrive. Boot quality is terrible, don’t fit. They advertise free returns. However cannot get response how to return. Customer service does not return messages. Total scam. Do not buy anything from this company.

I also would give zero stars if I could. It's a total scam. Their size chart is wrong, and when I ordered a women's 10.5 American size, they sent me a 46 EU size, which is around a size 13 or 14. I had to send 3 emails to get a response about returning them. Then they said it was my error since I ordered a 10.5 and that's what they sent (wrong!). They said I would have to pay for shipping back to China. No thanks. I'm donating them and leaving this review instead. What a waste of money!! Scammed again by an ad on Facebook.

Everything stated in the one and two star reviews are true, as I am experiencing the same. The style is nice, but for myself, there is no support for the arch and ankle which is what I needed. It appears to have good traction for snow however, they were not worn outdoors. Returns are not easy. My mistake is that I did not read the reviews on Trust Pilot. I will continue to reach out to the company for a return but so far it has been to no avail.

I have had the exact same experience as the others here.I bought the boots from the website. When they eventually arrived, there was no packing slip, no box and no return instructions. I ordered my usual size of 8.5 but they were more like a size 10. Poorly made, and had a very unpleasant odor which gave me an allergic reaction. After a week of attempting to communicate with them, nothing except a message insinuating that the incorrect size was my fault! Then they had the temerity to send me an email asking for a review and a link to reach out 'if I had any issue with my order'. They got their review which of course has not been posted. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

I received my order, it was a long time coming. When it arrived, I was unsatisfied with the quality of the items for the price. I wrote an email to their customer service department for a refund, per the instructions on their website. I got one response asking me to elaborate on why I wanted to return the order, which I responded to promptly. Since then, crickets. I have written numerous times to no avail. I do not want to be stuck with nearly $200 out of pocket for cheap shoes and socks. I could have bought better for far less elsewhere. What kind of racket are they running?

I seem to have the same experience as most folks listed in the reviews, Boots too big, shoddy material with no ankle support. No response from the company except for more sale pitches. They did want to know why I was wanted to return them, so I know someone or some AI bot is activated. The return mailing address is in London, UK. I have asked for a USA mailing return address at least 6 times now. No way am I paying to send them to London and hope I get a full refund someday. I am calling my credit card company today to have the charge cancelled. Don't buy from these folks. Facebook needs to screen their vendors better.

Boots were way too big. No instructions for returning them, even after multiple attempts to have someone reply to me.

Was looking for ice boots. Measured foot & ordered my usual size. They are too big. They advertise easy returns but when I asked the process they asked if I checked the size chart before ordering. I responded but have not heard from them again. Wish I would have read the reviews. Can’t say they are worth the purchase price to start. Don’t buy from them!

Like many others, the boots are very large. Ordered women's size 10.5, received men's size 14. Getting the run-around (more like crawl-around, it's so slow) about returning them. Not resolved yet.
**Update on 3/4/26. After going back and forth for 3 weeks, and remaining firm against all of their nonsense, I submitted a dispute with PayPal (payment method) and immediately escalated it to a dispute on 1/31. Evo Comfort then tried to coerce me into dropping the dispute, promising me a refund. I told them to go through PayPal, and used that as one of the many pieces of info I provided PayPal. Today, another six weeks later, and after prodding PayPal a bit, I finally won the dispute and was awarded my credit by PayPal. I did need to return my unused boots to an address in TN, at my expense, so I am out the $10 it cost for the return. No thanks to or satisfaction from Evo Comfort, but I am content with the final result.

Definitely a scam site with no way to return the poorly made boots. I can’t believe I fell for the Facebook ads. They took weeks to arrive, smelled so strongly of glue when I opened the plastic mailer they came in that I gagged. They are obviously targeting older buyers with the “no slip” angle to the advertising. There is nothing unique about the soles of these boots despite all the reviews that I now suspect are fake. Facebook needs to do a better job screening these scams. I’m complaining to my credit card company but figure that’s $119.00 that I’ll never see again. I just would like to warn others that they do not in fact have “easy returns.” And the boots are terrible quality. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and purchase from EvoComfort.

Same as others - emails keep coming to order more stuff but no reply about refund for way too large, ugly, cheap looking shoes that look nothing like advertising pictures

I ordered from their website. I placed my order 12/9 and they finally arrived 1/6. Tracking was impossible. The boots were way too big as their chart was totally off in figuring out the size. I ordered 8.5 US and got the equivalent of 11.5 US. When I communicated with them about this by email (no number to call) about this they stopped trying to help me and now I am stuck with boots that do not look like they are worth the 130 dollars I spent. Of course they are now on sale for half that. No ability to exchange or return for a refund.
