I had lost the key to my Thule bike rack, and their site recommended calling EVO. The person on the other end of the phone quickly established what I needed and told me they would invoice me that day and have one sent to the closest EVO shop near me within 3 to 5 days
After going into many bike shops with poor or no customer service. I found EVO fantastic. Great customer service, friendly staff.

Highly Recommend Penrose Store
Penrose store were friendly, helpful and cared about the service they were providing. My son and I had difficulties with our bike rack and without even asking one of the employees offered to help and climbed under the car to attach it! Going the extra mile is rare these days so I appreciate it.

worst customer service for a retail…
worst customer service for a retail store.
Beware, they wont give refunds if you return your purchase, even if you're returning your purchase within a few days...
but if you argue with them long enough they may offer you a "take-it or leave-it deal", like they eventually offered me.
here's the deal you may get....you give them the goods back, they'll keep 10% of your money and refund you 90% of your money
and they'll call the 10% a "Restocking Fee", a fee to put your goods back onto their shelves!!!
I had no option but to accept their deal, I needed my money, I felt like I was being extorted more than being given a fair deal.
I wont be purchasing from this company again.

Visited the Whanganui store and had the most fantastic service from the young men working there.
They really know their bikes and are genuinely passionate about cycling and are really nice young blokes and made a simple shopping experience one to remember. Shaun and team you have got some real gems with these guys !

Exceptional customer care, I was very well looked after from a online order that missed 1 item not in stock, team quickly fronted up reorganised a replacement item that I'm more pleased with. Local team at Invercargill are also very knowledgeable and always great help. Keep up the great work EVO
