Evolanguage Sprachinstitut Avis 24

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von diesem Sprachkurs (Evolanguage Hamburg). Auf der Website wird explizit mit kleinen Gruppengrößen von 8 bis 12 Personen geworben. In der Realität sitzen wir jedoch mit 20 bis 24 Personen im Kurs. Unter diesen Bedingungen ist ein effektives Deutschlernen absolut nicht möglich.
Da die vertraglich zugesicherten Bedingungen nicht eingehalten wurden, habe ich eine Rückerstattung von zwei der drei bezahlten Kursmonate gefordert. Anstatt auf dieses berechtigte Anliegen einzugehen, werden meine E-Mails entweder komplett ignoriert oder mit belanglosen Standardantworten abgetan. Es gibt keinerlei Bemühungen, eine professionelle Lösung zu finden.
Ich kann diesen Kurs aufgrund der irreführenden Informationen und des schlechten Kundenservice absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Ersparen Sie sich das Geld und den Ärger.

Los profesores siempre llegan tarde o no llegan,sin previo aviso.

I signed up my girlfriend to learn German A2. She scored 96% in the preliminary test for A1 but could barely follow in first class because they were doing topics that are neither in the A1 or A2 curriculum. 2x she got sent no link or the wrong link to join the class. Nowehere online do they say what's the difference between the 4 and 5 day course. Only someone on the phone told me. Every week on Friday the teacher asks who will be there next week. As only the 5 day course has lessons on Friday and it starts bi-weekly, this lets me assume that they put new students in already ongoing courses. Maybe that also explains why the first lesson was hard to follow. I complained multiple times via phone and e-mail and only one time got a ChatGPT style email back after one week but nothing was clarified or resolved. Today I called them after the link to join the class was broken again. They eventually sent the correct link but never got back to me. They don't work with a proper book or anything at all, all course material looks random and even as a native speaker it's hard to understand the grammar sheets as they're just not well-made. I thought the 30€ course material charge would maybe include a proper schoolbook. Not worth the money at all. No follow-up on complaints.

Visum wurde abgelehnt. Nachweise wurden schriftlich eingereicht dennoch weigert sich das Unternehmen Geld wieder zurückzuzahlen. Mit der Begründung man es kann es ja immer wieder versuchen --> Lachhaft
Als ob man nicht wegen der Ablehnung schon genug Probleme hat nun muss man auch noch seinem Geld hinterher laufen.

THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY 428.69E ON 4.9.25 AND SAID THEY WOULD FIND ME A TEACHER. THAY HAVE YET TO DO THIS AND WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM AND ARE CRIMINALS.

Biggest SCAM! Do not trust them. They lie to you and get you to enrol and pay and then they cannot fulfill what was written in black and white and say No refund. I paid for a visa processing fee which they did nothing at all to assist. Even the Embassy says they are a SCAM! This school should be reported to the authorities in Germany. How is it that they are still in operation is beyond me.

SCAM - AVOID.

Scam! Go somewhere else for testing! This school does not disclose the metrics for grading before the test. Unlike any other test, if you fail one section, you cannot take nor receive grades for the other tests.

I do not recommend this school. Please be aware. They do not refund your money no matter how many times you ask them without any good reasons.. they get the money out of us for not knowing how rules are in germany!!! Our poor family, I wish I listened to the reviews

This company has refused refund my money, when I got rejection for my visa application based on common grounds. Evolanguage accused me of not being cooperative with the consulate and refused the refund I stead offered me other options which I believe not appropriate. They have common terms and conditions where they ensure their selves in order not to refund money to Clients. But those clauses are void, because in all possibilities if the company does not provide the service ot should return the money. I will try to resolve this issue through my Lawyer, since I really believe that I have exclusive right what to do with my money in any case. Guys! If one of you could be able to achieve resolution through court decision could you please share it, we all can refer to it in the future. Thank you

Wenn es Null Sterne gäbe,dann würde ich sie vergeben. Ein mir bekannter Asylbewerber benötigte ein Zertifikat für seine Aufenthaltserlaubnis. Ein paarmal ist er durchgefallen. Dann hat er endlich bestanden, nur um dann zu erfahren, dass das Zertifikat von der Behörde überhaupt nicht anerkannt wird! Also, außer Spesen, nix gewesen! Die Schule verweist auf Nachfrage auf die Webseite, in der beschrieben ist, dass die Schule das erforderliche Telc- bzw Goetheinstitut-Zertifikat nicht hat.
Ich halte es für unseriös, dass Sprachschüler nicht bei der Anmeldung darauf hingewiesen werden, dass das Zertifikat nicht für einen Aufenthaltstitel geeignet ist. Ein Ausländer, der einen Sprachkurs machen möchte, kennt diese Feinheiten nicht. Deswegen macht er ja einen Sprachkurs!

They did not refund my money after cancelling the course and they ignore my emails ever since. They have zero integrity! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Edit: I asked for proof of transaction. They did not send it. My bank needs to see if they sent the refund.

Decent good language place .. all good for your study

Throughout the A1-C1 live course, the instructors created a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to take risks, learn from their mistakes, and support each other. An excellent place to learn German.

Unglaublich freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen, die am Telefon wie auch per Mail extrem bemüht waren für mein Anliegen eine Lösung zu finden. Selbst nach 18:30 h und am Samstag haben sie auf Fragen geantwortet. Von ein auf den anderen Tag konnte mit den Privatunterricht begönnen werden. Ich bin sehr angenehm überrascht wie unkompliziert nach Lösungen für Termine gesucht wurde und wie selbstverständlich sich bemüht wurde zu helfen. Hier steht das Individuum an erster Stelle . Das Verhältnis von Preis/Leistung ist fair. Nur zu empfehlen! Danke noch einmal an dieses wundervolle Team!
