From my initial conversations about which equipment would be right for my requirements, through to looking at available grants and arranging the installation, the knowledge, advice and service from the team have been first class.
Communication ahead of the installation was excellent, with Amy keeping me fully informed and making sure everything was organised.
On the installation day, Jake messaged ahead to confirm his arrival time and talked me through the installation before getting started. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard and the installation was neat and professional. Once the work was completed, Jake cleaned everything up and left the area spotless.
He also took the time to give me a comprehensive demonstration of the Ohme app and was happy to answer all my questions, which was really appreciated.
The whole customer experience has been excellent — from the initial enquiry and advice, right through to installation and aftercare.

The process was easy from the beginning with the link that was sent making it easy to upload the required information. The installer Ben was polite, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. He then went patiently through the app with me.

I had an Ohme ePod installed by Jake from Evolution Solutions recently and the entire experience was top-tier.

Jake was incredibly professional from start to finish. He texted me ahead of time and actually arrived right on schedule. The installation itself was completed quickly, and the cablework routed across my garage beams was exceptionally neat and tidy.

What really stood out was how well he explained everything. He took the time to talk me through the technical safety features and changes to my fusebox and electrical installation —like the amperages and circuit breakers—in a thorough and informative way. Afterwards, he made sure I was fully set up and comfortable using the app before heading off.

Fantastic customer service, brilliant craftsmanship from Jake, and a really smooth process. I couldn't be happier with the install. Highly recommended!

Great support and installation - Jake let me know when he was 30 minutes away and actually arrived ahead of the time slot.

Jake was really helpful, explained everything, made sure the Ohme app was connected to the charger and my energy tariff, then plugged the car in and made sure the max charge was working on the car.

Jake also made sure my schedule for charging was set up in the Ohme app and that I was happy with everything.

Jake the electrician was amazing and explained everything very well and was so polite and worked really quick and efficient also helped download the app and talked us through it step by step really happy

We had an Ohme charge point put in today, this came from Evolution Solutions whose customer service was very good from the start to the end. Ben was our fitter and he called me thirsty minutes before and gave me a time of his arrival. Ben was very pleasant and smiley and explained everything that he was going to do. He was very tidy and just got on with the job, so I’d give him five stars as he went above and more ☺️
