Jake the fitter communicated well prior to his arrival. He was polite, personable and very professional.
His work was efficient and to a high standard.
He took time to explain what was done, how to manage the app and the after care should it be required.
I don't think he could have done anything more.

Very disappointing experience with Evolution Solutions.
My OZEV Workplace Charging Scheme application was under review, but Evolution Office Administrator Amy repeatedly demanded an extra £500 and threatened twice to remove my EV charger (3 July and 20 July) before OZEV had finished reviewing my case.
After I contacted OZEV directly, they manually approved my application and confirmed there was nothing further required from me. Evolution simply needed to complete the installer claim.
I've attached copies of the emails on the Evolution Solutions google review, so people can judge the way they treated a customer themselves and I raised a formal complaint to OZEV too.

Hi Phoebe, we are disappointed to read this review. As discussed and detailed on the previous emails, you changed your company's trading address on the 27 May, the day before we installed the chargepoint. When you applied for the WCS grant you have to confirm that the address you are installing the chargepoint at is the businesses registered office. As you changed your registered office address prior to the installation, DVLA rejected your claim as the business you claimed for was not registered at the address you detailed on your claim. Again this was detailed in the rejection from DVLA.
The installer claim had been completed but for the reasons detailed above the claim was rejected and we have received no further communication from DVLA to advise us otherwise. This has been detailed to you on a number of occasions and as the claim has been rejected (due to you changing the registered office address for which you were claiming prior to the installation) DVLA will not at this time issue the grant for your installation which was over 6 weeks ago. This means that due to your actions we have no alternative but to recover the outstanding sums for the installation from yourself.

From the first phone call,on ordering i was kept up to date on date,time and who would be fitting. And yes the filter came on time , and all i can say is so professional i would give this company a big 10.

Helpful from the very first phone call…
Helpful from the very first phone call explaining the options. Self survey was pretty simple to complete and they were on hand for advice. Responded quickly to questions.
Installation was a done a week after first contact. Heifer, the installer arrived in the time slot and text when was 30 mins away. He just got on with the job, which was neatly contained in my meter box. Wiring was neat. He explained how the ohme app worked and left everywhere neat and tidy. Thank you

Good company with clear communication.
My original install date was changed on the day due to staff sickness, so this was disappointing. It was really booked for 6 days time. When Max arrived he was very professional and friendly and completed the job to a great standard. He left the area tidy.
Amy in admin was also very helpful and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend to others.

Quick response to my online enquiry, Amy contacted me right away, walked through the process and got me set up quickly. The engineer turned up on time, installed the unit quite quickly with no mess or issues on site and walked me through the unit and the app which was easy to use. I would recommend Evolution for your EV charger.

Evolution Solutions - first rate from start to finish
Jake the installer messaged ahead to confirm his arrival time. He talked through the install before starting and we agreed on my preferred location for the charge point. The installation was high quality and extremely neat. He cleaned up fully once the work was complete. Demo of Ohme App was comprehensive and Jake answered all the questions I posed. I would highly recommend Evolutions Solutions, my customer experience was first class from start to finish! Thank you

EV car charger installation
Recently purchased an electric car charger, and Ben from Evolution Solutions came out to fit it.
From start to finish, Ben was exceptionally professional. He arrived on time, giving us a courtesy call beforehand to let us know when to expect him. The installation itself was completed to an excellent standard, with real attention to detail. All of the cables were cut to the correct length and neatly routed, so we weren't left with a bundle of untidy wiring.
Once the installation was complete, Ben took the time to walk us through the work he had carried out. He also made sure the accompanying app was set up correctly and that we understood how everything worked before he left.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben and Evolution Solutions to anyone looking to have an EV charger installed. Excellent service throughout.

I am very unhappy with this company poor customer care
I am very unhappy with this company. As they changed their quote with hidden costs stating they need 10 metres of cable. They do not as their electrician did the survey outline not needed and I went for an un feather charger.
I am unable to speak with them no one answers phones and no one answers emails. I would like them to be aware this does not reflect well on their service at all.
