Had a delivery arranged for Thursday, so I booked a day off, only to have a text saying it was being changed to Saturday. When I rang about this, no apology was offered and they even lied by saying they tried to call me the day before. They then turned up on Saturday with only one of the two mattresses, again no apology, couldn’t care less. I still have no bed to sleep on, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Very well communicated to before delivery. However; drivers were extremely rude and unprofessional. In the very minimal English they spoke they refused to move a mattress beyond the doorstep for a pregnant lady until I really had to insist. Concerned as to the health and safety of this company given that both were both wearing flip-flops to unload a van. Protective wrapping on mattress was smeared with engine oil. It was about the worst delivery service you could get!

Great experience from start to finish. Once all the details were added (collection address and contact) plus mine I was able to message and myself/seller & courier could all see/reply.
Contact was made 30 mins prior to collection and I (buyer) received a text with an estimated delivery time the night prior to delivery.

Excellent service delivery on time and the lads that delivered it were really nice and helpful. It was delivered carefully and was looked after I’m very pleased with the service and will be using them again
