Exact Delivery Avis 

A top class service 👏 kept me updated from start to finish with the delivery and even gave a exact time of arrival when they were close by, will definitely use again!

Turned up on time and got 3 hour notice then when they were an hour away. Everything arrived perfectly and the guys who helped were very nice. Will definitely use again.

Guys left my 3seater and 2 seater sofa on the street, saying that NOT THEIR JOB TO DELIVER TO HOUSE, to make it easier I ask them to put sofas by garden where less distance and doors are as my livi g room is by garden, they decline it as normal size gate is not wide enough and they can damage it and if I am taking full responsibility for damage they will do this.. fortunately some young lads passing by and ask them for help givin them £15 for help and we did this without a scratch! I told the delivery guys that I will make a complaint about service so doing this, sorry but with this attitude maybe it better to change the occupation, at the end they put last 3bits without in my opinion any problems..

Absolutely appalling.
The package was supposed to be delivered between 15:00 and 17:30. I received a call around 10:00 to say the delivery would be within 2 hours. I refused as we would not be there.
Around the delivery time I received a call stating the property could not be located from someone who I could barely understand. I then received another call asking what our three words were. I obliged and then I received a text in Russian!
Once they arrived they left the package at the gate with not a word. How the hell did these people get the job?

Driver demanded cash out of the blue
Also didn’t handle goods very professionally. Lifting car seats from adjustment handle for example. Not something I can recommend.

Also the driver wanted me to unload his lorry while he stood in the back. And then asked for a £5 tip for his coffee. You can’t make it up
