Excel with Business was fine until they changed owenership and new owners no longer offering lifetime accesss. Tried to use again and access denied. Is this a scam? Seems to be.

Your account has been set up and it has been up and running from 10th Apr 2020. If you are having issues with your password and are unable to log in, please contact support directly as for password reset.
The account has been set up from April, you can simply log in, click on "View all courses" as you will find the courses available for you. please note you have 12 months to complete the course from the day of registration.

Leadership and Management Course
I found this course really helpful and a detailed introduction into Leadership and Management. I feel that it was great value for money and worthwhile. The material is clear and I enjoyed the mini tests at the end of each module. Highly recommend.

I am having the same issue as Steve. I purchased a bundle through PC World. When I try to redeem my voucher code from Excel With Business it will not let me check out. The error message says my billing info is missing and when I go to update it, it's clearly there.

Very Good Experience
Very Good Experience! Like the training product set that I purchased through GROUPON! Like the fact that it is a lifetime subscription! I was having some difficulty in seeing my courses on my account (my issue!) and a great customer service representative named Natalie helped me out with a personal email, going through the instructions again with me, and sending me a video link. I was then able to see my courses and start to access one of the EXCEL courses! Very Happy! I will keep my eye out for additional offerings from Excel With Business!

Average Learning Delivery Method, Refund Not Given.
Though the company has not provided me with a refund for the course, I can give an average rating for the course delivery style. Would have given a higher rating, but the customer service (or lack of), in regards to the refund processing, has reduced my overall rating.

The course was purchased through a third party. Excel with Business sends you the login details to access the platform and courses only. as we directly take no payment from the user, all users purchasing from a third party will have to contact them directly and claim for a refund as they keep card details and information from the buyer.
We can push for the process to be faster, we have sent them an email regarding your refund. They will inform you soon.

Rolling subscription
So I signed up for the course via Reed which I thought was a standalone course. Beware that you are buying a rolling subscription and will be automatically charged every year unless you cancel the subscription! The course itself is fine.

I believe you might have registered for an ongoing subscription not via reed but directly on the site. Reed courses come with a time limit of 12 months only.

Edit: Finally able to log in.
Haven’t been able to log in for 2 days now. It keeps saying:
“Sorry for the inconvenience.
Our website is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance.

Contacted them via their online form but haven’t heard back.

Customer Service is just incredibly bad
I bought some courses from them and the customer service is just really bad, the site won´t even let me log in. I asked for a refund and still no answer, as to the content of the courses I wouldn´t know because I can´t even access them.
I would be cautious to buy from them again,

I believe Customer Service has already been in touch with you regarding your course,
You will not be able to log in if an account has not been created under your name. To access the course you will need to use the code given by StacCommerce. If your unable to redeem the code please contact support as they will give step by step instructions.
if a refund is needed. Please contact them directly as they will proceed the refund as soon as they can.
Please bear in mind the code needs to be redeemed to access the actual content If this code is not used and if an account is not created, you will not be able to access the platform.

The site keeps crashing and at the moment I cannot log back into my excel course. Can anyone help please.
Some of the tables are unclear too as in fuzzy.

Money taken from my account and can't access the course!
Money taken from my account. Unable to access the course!!! Every time I log on it won't accept my password and I have to reset it!!! Can't view anything under my profile to cancel the yearly subscription. I emailed them two days ago and still haven't had a reply. No one answers the phone, just a voicemail!!
I wouldn't bother, use YouTube instead at least it's free and you won't be chasing for a course you can't access and a refund!
I have now had to cancel my bank card in the worry it will keep taking my money every year!!

Apologise for any inconvenience. there are two different accounts created under your name. One which has no courses and one that has been used to purchase the Microsoft Excel course which is ready to access since the day of purchase,
You might have been logging to the account that had no courses and therefore you were not able to view any material.
We have been in touch to take you through the process and guide you to the right account with a password reset. Please have a look in your inbox as interaction will be there.
Regarding the subscription. This has been cancelled - meaning this will not renew the following year.
