Excel with Business was fine until they changed owenership and new owners no longer offering lifetime accesss. Tried to use again and access denied. Is this a scam? Seems to be.

Great Course Content, However, the Filter feature needs some work. There should be a way to start the course with it switched off, should the user choose, without having to go through many questions.

I bought the PowerPoint course a couple of weeks ago, but I had trouble with access and also needed some other help, Excel with Business where extremely helpful and sorted out my problems immediately. The course is easy to follow and the exercises are very useful and help with the learning of this course.

Not worth taking
Most of the exercise Excel spreadsheets didn't work and when I tried to log a ticket I got a response that I wasn't entitled to log a query - some of the lessons videos were too basic and just showed quickly how to do something without much explanation - glad I didn't pay too much for the course otherwise I'd be very angry

I apologise for the issues you have come across with spreadsheet. Having a look at your account, there is the Data Analysis course, which its relatively short course, will cover only the basic and the necessary for a beginner to use. It sounds like you are an advanced user and therefore you should be taken a more complicated topic such the Microsoft Excel or Advanced Excel course. We can definitely sort this out for you!
We can go through the spreadsheet together, and work through it to figure out what is missing! Please make sure you either have any of these version installed in your device Excel 2013, 2016, 2019 or Office 365.

I feel like this is a real MBA! I have only completed 2 modules thus far but have already started applying whatever I learnt in my daily work tasks. Thank you for creating a shorter term qualification as I needed this info asap and didn't have 2 years to wait for a real MBA.

Excellent Customer Service and Product Offering
Edit: I initially ran into some issues regarding the length of access to the programmes. The customer services are very prompt and helpful and they are willing to show commitment to the customer satisfaction experience. It convinced me to change my review upwards.
The quality of the courses really helped me to understand and check my knowledge of the software. It is deeply conducive to learning and I appreciate it.
