Slow start for support but awesome recovery

I had a bit of a slow start with getting the requested support and a bit of unneccesary back and forth which I found a bit inconvenient. However once I was able to plan a support session with Graeme and run through the issue to find a solution it was a great experience and even went a little bit longer than the booked time which eventually led us to find the solution.

Outstanding Service from Jasmine at Exclaimer

I wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I received from Jasmine at Exclaimer. She truly knew her stuff and answered every one of my questions thoroughly. What I appreciated most was that she never made me feel rushed. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step. Not quite there, but improving

The support - despite being slow to respond - is improving. Edward’s assistance is the reason this is a 5 star and not a 3 star. The team member was informative and helpful and made himself available should we encounter slow responses moving forward. Thank you Edward.

Exclaimer - Ups & Downs

We have done business with Exclaimer for some time and found we kept having issues with their processes and lack of human assistance. After being introduced to Karina many of our issues have been resolved by someone who is willing to help rather than referring you to a ticket system. Huge improvement from the previous point of contact.

Exclaimer Account Query Horror

I've been trying to get hold of their accounts department after getting mails of our services to be suspended due to an account query they just cannot resolve.
It's been months now and it's like going round in circles.
No responses to call or mail.
Otherwise still getting the same mails over and over as if they do not know how to read the info provided.
Cannot get hold of them! It's super frustrating.

Horrible Customer Service.

I have Been trying to work with their customer service and they are non existent. No one responds to the support ticket and I was going to bring some other companies on but since no one is responding I'll be going elsewhere. Once we were onboarded the sales person pushed us off to the support team but I cannot get anyone to respond. If your looking at this company I would look somewhere else!
