Exclusive Insulation Avis 13

Decided before Xmas to upgrade our existing conservatory roof. I had a couple of quotes already however was only made aware of building control by Paul from Exclusive . I did my research on the said subject and Paul was right !!! We decided to go with the Icotherm roof has it truly was superior to all the others. My husband is a retired engineer and was super impressed with how it’s made and the quality of materials. The whole process from start to finish went a lot better than I expected. From the moment the 2 guys arrived at 08.15 they never stopped working on Loft. During all the time they were here they never took a Tea Break or Food break. Before closing the Loft they asked me to see if l was satisfied. Before they left at 16.15 they eve Hoovered the floor,l told them to leave it , but they said it was their mess to clean up.

Service not as agreed on initial phone call when I was told a survey would be made to see where improvements could be made. The man that came out just wanted to sell foil insulation which was not needed as the loft is only used for storage. He told me my (not old) existing fibre glass insulation was a fire hazard and the loft was too hot (as was everywhere on that day). My rafters were about to split and I may even need a new roof unless the work was done urgently. Price was over £5,000 for 3 bed semi! Scare mongering tactics, not appreciated

The surveyor was very good, noted what would be needed to remove the spray foam etc. However, the team who arrived to remove it clearly hadn't been advised, or hadn't read the report because they were supposed to be here all day but packed up at lunchtime saying they had the wrong tool. They came back the following day but I said I needed them to finish by lunchtime which they grudgingly did. Then the following week another team came to install the replacement insulation. They were horrified at the state their colleagues had left our loft in - full of bits of the old foam etc. This team were brilliant, cleaned up all the mess their colleagues had left and completed their work, cleaning up after themselves. I have no paperwork, no guarantee or anything and the company don't respond to emails, or the addresses don't work.

The company surveyor who came to visit was punctual to the appointment, was very knowledgeable and put us at our ease. The price was very competitive and the work was arranged in a short time frame.
The workers who came to clear out our old insulation, and install new, worked exceptionally hard, and were polite, efficient and professional at all times. All work completed to a very high standard in one day. We would thoroughly recommend Exclusive Insulation.

The men who worked in my house were very polite and respectful. They covered my carpet and cleared up any mess at the end of the day, and did a really good job, I am very satisfied with their work.

An honest and very helpful team from Exclusive Insulation came to our house to remove the foam insulation we had had installed and to re insulate the loft.They were very tidy and every night they left our house in an excellent clean condition.Because the foam insulation had damaged the roof felt and batons we had to have another company to do the work on our roof.They were able to keep there prices low because of the good and tidy work that the guys from exclusive had completed.

I received a visit to survey my loft insulation following removal of Spray Foam. This confirmed my suspision that it had not been removed. Exculsive Insulation then made me feel at ease as they rectified the previous job and installed fresh insulation.

The surveyor was very good explained how everything would work and how efficient the insulation would be had regular phone calls from the main office for when the insulation would be arriving when the two fitters arrived on time after a quick cup of tea they got stuck into there work and did not stop until the job was finished excellent job and workmanship many thanks

Friendly guy who arrived on time. Worked hard and got the job done.

Very considerate and polite installers, left the place clean and tidy taking all the waste with them.
