2019 Cadilac. I ordered the 4 button keypad by mistake. I needed the 5 button. After waiting a few weeks the order finally arrived. I offered to return the item unopened and pay shipping both ways. I was told they couldn't do that.

As you mentioned, the 4-button and 5-button key versions are different models, and our covers are specifically designed to match each exact key type. For this reason, we include detailed images on our product pages to help customers select the correct version before ordering.
Regarding returns, as each order is processed and prepared individually, we are unfortunately not always able to accept returns in cases where the incorrect model was selected. However, we always aim to assist our customers by helping them identify the correct version for future orders.

My 2014 Ford Explorer Key Cover

I have only received half of my order
I have only received half of my order. Now they say they delivered my order but I half yet to receive it. I was home all day on April 11. I have been home everyday. Now they will say to contact the delivery company. I guess they just want to pass the buck. Think twice before dealing with this company

Adding class to an otherwise dull car fob
This fob cover certainly gives an up scale look to the original fob, but it takes some patience and experimenting to put together. Once installed it looks great and was worth the effort

I received my key holders and my fob…
I received my key holders and my fob doesn’t work. My cases because I bought two of them are both not aligned with the fob. Spent nearly 40 bucks for nothing.
