Scam. Paid £61.00 for goods which were never delivered. No reply when emailed when ordered on August 2nd

Clearly a scam, takes your money but goods never arrive! The address given is 34 Rosebates Drive London NW9 9QJ. After taking your money you will hear no more. Also trading as Fyreflifashions. Emails are not replied to. Don't waste your money.

Ordered a craft product from Creatoncraftsandgifts. Couldn't pay via PayPal, payment confirmation came through from Exdiscount via email and Shop. Nothing received, reported to bank who have refunded me. Exdiscount now disputing the claim. Emails to Creaton crafts bounced back, emails to Exdiscount not replied to, phone number is invalid. They seem to be setting up fake websites, check online websites carefully before ordering

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I had to claim back the money from my bank! Emailed several times after not receiving the product and no response.

Ordered on google site company called Popluxe.co.uk
Shows on bank statement as SP Exdiscount.
Never received goods or replies to my emails.
I did receive emails selling items from a company called Nova which could be part of the same scam.
To this day Popluxe are still advertising on google.

Do not buy from this website, it's a scam. I searched for a hard to find craft kit. Exdiscount appeared in the search results, saying they had it in stock. I ordered via Shopify as a guest, received a confirmation email and of course the items have not arrived. No reply to my emails including to the address given in the confirmation email, which is someone's personal gmail account. Have just reported this via the Fraud Report website to get a crime number; next stop is a call to my bank to get the money back.
Update 29/08/26: Money refunded by my bank. Report Fraud have closed my report due to insufficient lines of enquiry at present. The details will remain in their database to match any future reports.

Exdiscount is a total scam. I ordered an item from Prettylittlefurniture, payment went through Shopify and the order confirmation came from Exdiscount - needless to say, no goods arrived. Efforts to contact both Prettylittlefurniture and Exdiscount by email bounced back undelivered, and Exdiscount's phone number on Shopify is an invalid number. Shopify have absolutely no recourse for customers of their customers (merchants). I will never go through Shopify again. Avoid Exdiscount, Prettylittlefurniture, and shopify!

SCAM ALERT! As others have said - went to a hitherto unused online seller, bought goods and received receipt via Shopify, that I had not logged into. Money taken, and marked complete, but there was was no description of goods ordered. 3 weeks later nothing delivered and no response to my emails. The address given is NW London NW9 9QJ but that may be part of the scam too for all I know.

Scam site, paid through Shopify and never received goods. They promised on payment to send tracking details but that never happened.

I sent an email to their contact (an Indian sounding name) that raised my suspicion more. They have yet to respond 17 days later

Scam. Don’t use !!. No goods arrive and they do not respond to any of the contact details shown. Product researched, looked okay order went through Shopify I’ve not used before, email confirmed order from Exdiscount. then nothing. Money gone.

Not delivered, not answered, SCAM!

Total scam. No description of my item anywhere on their website. Order was marked as complete even though they didn’t have the item. No tracking number provided. I had the charges reversed on my credit card. TOTAL SCAM! No response from the merchant. Nothing. I can’t believe that I fell for it.

Agreed - total scam. Accepted the order (but without specifying what I'd ordered), then a few days later claimed it had been delivered. It hadn't. No response to queries on their website, or to an email.

Scam. This website needs to be shut down. They somehow manage to list an item in a return-search, take your money through Shopify, then “confirm” and mark your order “completed” without submitting an image of the item, a description, or any tracking information. If you go directly to the website, not just follow a return-search link, it’s abundantly clear that they don’t have or carry the item you “ordered” - zero response to multiple emails - don’t waste your money.

Confirmed my order had been placed but no tracking and don't respond to emails, phone number doesn't connect. Still not received item so presumably a scam

Total scam. Take your money with no further response to email chasers
