Beware of Yaycart.
When ordering through the popups on Instagram, Facebook etc. or elsewhere from Yaycart, you will get the impression that you are buying and getting your delivery from the UK. You are NOT,
The products are mostly from China and take 4 to 6 WEEKS (not days) to be delivered. I was getting a gift for my Granddaughter, expecting it to be delivered for her birthday, it missed it and Yaycart would not refund or cancel the order. I won't get caught out again.

Poor customer service received a broken flimsy item. Nonsense email received back I just want a refund

Previously gave 1 star because my order never arrived after a message stating it had been delivered, since then a neighbour brought it to me after delivering it to the wrong address hence 4 stars not 5

Well I was blown away .with the great customer service when I received the product as it was the wrong size..I emailed their team..who responded very quickly and resolved within 48 hours..very happy

Ordered birthstone pendant t arrived well packed to avoid damage very happy with it would order from this supplier again no complaimts

Using Yaycart was easy and straightforward and the product was delivered promptly HOWEVER - the quality of the product was very poor, a great idea but badly executed and not cheap for what it then was. This was my second similar experience so I won’t be using this site again

I’m giving 5* for Customer Service not the product. I was unhappy with the product and told Yaycart about my disappointment in the quality of the goods and lack of value for money. They replied promptly and offered a refund which I accepted. Refund promptly paid. Thank you Yaycart, you’ve restored my faith in online businesses!

Ordered products 2nd October, on same day notified the company to cancel a product (it was actually on the order form and I had not selected it!!!) either way no response to that and now notified that the order is still in China

Very well priced and I thought was a bargain .

Never received the product, but complained and received my money back. A pity as I'm sure they could be a good company if the courier side can be improved
