From start to finish my whole experience has been very smooth and easy.
I got my sofa the time I was promised and couldn’t be happier. Everytime I had a question everyone was available on the phone and if not they were calling me back!
The Home Delivery team have been very efficient and quick without complaining that was no lift in the building.
Congrats for such an amazing service, this could be an example for another high end companies which they don’t value the client experience whoever want to take your money!

I was contacted by text and email the day before, to confirm the delivery day and was told I would be given a time slot later that evening - which duly arrived in my inbox. Bang on time, the van arrived next day at our somewhat remote address and the two lads unpacked, carried upstairs (after kindly removing their shoes) and put together the bed and side tables. They were quick and efficient and took all packaging nearly away. Can’t fault anything.

Driver was brilliant. Kept in touch about time . Carried everything inside and upstairs.

I was very pleased with how the guys dealt with the delivery, checking the route through the house and taking care not to disturb pictures on the walls. Delivery was on time, with good communication about when to expect it.

EHD delivered our sofas to Pollokshields in Glasgow this morning. Communication was excellent ; the company deferred delivery for two weeks when they were available earlier than we expected. We had an email with a delivery window on the day before and a call from the delivery guys before they arrived. The guys were so good -humoured, unwrapped the sofas, fitted the feet and put them in place for us
- and they gave us a good laugh as an added bonus!

Friendly staff, there were parts missing from our new couch and the delivery staff noticed straight away and informed me and said to contact the supplier
