Absolutely fantastic customer service! Exotic Number Plates listened to every detail & created me the most perfect plates! 5 stars! 100% recommend!! I LOVE MY PLATES!!!

I purchased the 4D neon plates and the quality and style of the plates amazing and packaged well to prevent damage.

Only issue was delivery took ages but that I understood because I ordered near Christmas time so knew had to wait.

Ordered a sparkle finish to my plates. When they arrived no sparkle finish. Contacted via email and, apologies we'll send out new plates with the sparkle finish.
Now 3 weeks later, loads more emails sent, still not replying, and no plates as I ordered, plus no offer of a refund

I paid for 48 hour delivery but still waiting over a week later, have meailed and tried to call but no reply at all, wish I had read the reviews first, here's hoping I get my plates and am happy.

“ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY “
VERY OVER PRICED FOR THE QUALITY , SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS 2 TIMES
NOT EASY TO MAKE CONTACT WITH
BY PHONE OR EMAIL
ADVOID

This has been my third purchase from the company and they have never failed to disappoint. The 4D gel number plates look amazing on my car and it does make it really stand out. Will definitely buy again in the future and I would highly recommend them as their quality of work is excellent and service is very good. Keep up the good work Exotic number plates!

Really happy with purchase their plates are very different from the rest and off good quality.

Couldn’t fault anything with these at all, I had a change of plan for which number plate we wanted.
And they changed it without any messing about.
Well Received

Please avoid this company as they are not good at making number plates. My number plate letter and numbers were wonky and was not fit for purpose and they did not give me a refund for the shoddy workmanship.
I had to get my money back through my credit card company in the end

Had no intention of sending my order. Seriously overpriced. Got same from another company for half the price.

I must be very lucky, because the service I have received from this company has been second to none! There are many negative reviews regarding this company, which I feel is a little harsh! I ordered my new number plates on a Saturday and received them on the following Wednesday. (Ok, over the 24hr express delivery period, but I wasn't that desperate for them to arrive!) The plates arrived in excellent condition, very well and securely packaged. The plates were absolutely fantastic - I purchased the 4D Gel Glitter Green ones. I had already purchased a 'chrome' (plastic) frame from another supplier, and I must say they look amazing! Now my daughter wants some for her car as she was super impressed with how good mine look! I would definitely purchase from Exotic Number Plates again.

The company didn’t make the plate. When I phoned they kept telling me they were getting made and will be shipped the day later, I phoned 3 times still nothing. I paid for 48hr delivery and over a week later I still didn’t receive an email to say they were made, after my 3rd call I asked for a full refund which I did receive.

The plates were delivered around 3-4 days later than expected so that was not a good start.
When they finally arrived they had been poorly made with multiple blemishes. Photo's of these were swiftly taken and sent in an email to Exotic. They sent no reply, not even an auto message acknowledging the mail. I waited 3 days and received nothing back. So sent another email which was again ignored - after a further 7 days waiting for a reply I phoned Exotic. The person taking the call ackowleged receipt of the emails, and put me on hold to call someone else. When they came back they apologised and said that new plates would be made up and sent out very quickly. I waited 23 days and there were still no signs of replacement plates.
I called again and the person was very apologetic (clearly remembered my first call) and made it very clear I would not need to call again as some new plates would be sent. That was now 11 days ago and what a surprise that I still don't have the new plates.
These were very expensive - I paid for ALL the top options on these plates which I don't think would have even been worth it if they did a good job. I have been eyeing many number plates since this and have seen many which are similar but of clearly better quality (and they were probably cheaper).
Do yourself a favour and go to one of their many many competitors because I doubt that any can be worse than these!

Seriously what is the point of replying to my review and then still ignoring me lol... worse than useless this guy.

ADDED 15/08
Do not be fooled by this seller trying to look good by responding to this review. It took 2 attempts for them to respnd to my email. Again they promised to send replacement plates, again they have failed to do anything.

What an absolute joke of a company purchased custom plates paid for 48 hour delivery only after about a week I got in touch received a message saying they would get in touch with their delivery service and get back in touch shortly never heard back despite my best efforts messaging them and phone no response this is still ongoing to this day absolutely appalling customer service please stay away unless you want to experience them same

Absolutely amazing plates but they have charged £243 for front and rear plates. The website said £130+ then they asked more for a rear plate. Also it took almost a week to arrive

Ordered number plates. Got the wrong type. Mailed and phoned twice was promised the correct ones would be sent out. Never received.

Not impressed with either quality of service.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Or buy at your own peril.

Our Order number: 2425

Ordered with them as we opted for 48hr delivery as we were going away. No communication what so ever, we called and they blatantly lied saying plates would arrive tomorrow and still no dispatch or tracking.

Then we called again and told them we’re going abroad and they said they will inform courier…goods were not made of dispatched at that point we found out later.

We got a delivery when away with emails showing they were processed and dispatched and opened when we got home, 1 set 4D plates were ok, the other ‘special edition’ covered in glue, glue showing through clear Perspex and letters and numbers not aligned. We were so annoyed we wanted to return plate holders and get refund on faulty plates at same time.

We Emailed twice, tried to call twice and no one picks up. Their T&Cs are illegal, they don’t offer returns for faulty goods / services (all online orders need to give 14 days after receipt). Website says ….Returns
Bespoke and custom made number plates unfortunately are none refundable, however other items do come with a 14 days cooling off period. Items such as fixing kits, plate holders, key rings, accessories and plate holders can be canceled within 14 days of placing your order.

BY LAW Online, mail and phone order sales
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.

You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

We are now reporting to Trading Standards and doing a refund request with credit card company under section 75 Consumer Credit Act!!!!

13th July In response to Exoticnumberplates.

I quoted order number already in my review, SO how about you respond to our 2 emails we sent??? We are wasting no more time chasing you! The actions I mentioned are happening today!

Absolutely trash, I wouldn’t waste your time with this company but if you are foolish to do so and pay for next day delivery then you won’t receive it, this company will wait for the money to clear in their account before sending you the goods. I waited a week for my plates which I paid next day delivery. I didn’t even receive a email or any update to why I was waiting for the plates.
