يعني هل يعقل يتصل المندوب في نفس الوقت يقول أنا جاي الان … الان ليا اكثر من ساعة انتظره و ااجل جميع اعمالي بدون وصول المندوب ‏Dose it make sense that the deliver services is really bad they just call and say we are close. Then waiting for them for over an hour ??

Poor service + products

So... I ordered a scooter which was ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE (IMPORTANT TO NOTE) and i paid 100 SAR for delivery. There were missing parts. No problem....I contacted the customer service to say the part was missing and perhaps just get it delivered to with no issues and I would be happy with that.

Now it gets intersting...Customer support tells me to go into store for help on a product that is only available online!! They then tell me contact the seller (Niyaz ecort) without giving me any details!

I write a review on their site about the horrible experience of the product and service and guess what... they reply and tell me to remove my comments and wont post it unless I do!! What a bunch of jokers!! All I wanted was my missing part and all they had to was say 'hey sorry about that, we'll get in touch with the supplier and ensure you get your missing part'. Simple but they clearly dont have the competence!

corporate scammers

horrible customer service and the company is basically a bunch of corporate scammers.
i got a laptop from them and the chip was faulty from the factory. they refused to fix it and im finding that i have to deal with filing government reports on them and its taking over a month to fix the damn laptop. the employee at the service center even told me that the company tries to avoid replacing parts whenever they possibly can

Very disappointing experience

Not my first purchase from Xtra—but it will definitely be my last.

They are excellent at selling in-store, but once the product is delivered, you’re completely on your own. No proper setup, no real support—just a box at your door. A washing machine? You need to find a plumber. An electric stove? Bring your own electrician.

The real frustration starts with after-sales service. Even when the product is under warranty, they seem to do everything possible to avoid responsibility—pushing charges and blaming “misuse” when it clearly isn’t.

I’ve been trying to fix my dishwasher for almost three weeks now. Multiple calls, escalations, and complaints—and still no resolution.

Worst customer service EVERRRR!!!
I bought a 1400$ microsoft tablet from a branch in Jeddah and a year after, went to the store because it was damaged.
They said that they do not cover this, as I should have paid extra when bought it, plus it does not have any spair parts or official microsoft repair stores in all Saudi.
No employee explained these when I bought it, I could have easily bought something waaaay cheaper and that has better repair service.

I was really upset as the customer service representative at the store never apologised, he only said that I should now contact microsoft company in UAE and see what they can do.
And the worst is that he gave me the nb of extra’s customer support number to ask for help, and nobody ever answers this number.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

Misleading service and poor professionalism

"Extremely disappointed with eXtra. I paid an additional 100 SAR for delivery and installation, but the crew only unboxed the machine and refused to set it up, even becoming argumentative when asked for help. This is a total lack of transparency and a waste of money. I’d recommend buying from Noon instead—at least they don’t charge for false promises. Avoid their 'installation' service."

The worst costume service not only in…

The worst costume service not only in Saudi but in the whole wide world ..

I been calling them few times and each time I waited 30 minutes and they haven’t answer .

And I msged them in what’s app they replied one reply after 20 minutes and o replied them back by my issue and they haven’t responded until now as showed in attached picture

I was impressed when I saw the same worker again and again but she never helped but I have purchased many times but mostly 1 by 1 but this time I purchased many things at first thing I did not know about the worker but when I took the hand blender so I got to know about her after that I buyed a laptop and she was with us telling us about how good
it was after it she also told everything after that I buyed a printer 🖨 she told a offer and she also standed with us about 30 mins if your seeing her so her batch no. Is 26457 and name Al Hajri It was a stunning experience

I recently shopped at Extra Stores

I recently shopped at Extra Stores, and I was really impressed by their great selection of electronics and appliances! The staff was super friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. While I’ve heard some chatter about after-sales support being a bit slow, I haven’t had any issues myself. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase and would definitely recommend Extra Stores for anyone looking for quality items! Five stars from me! ♥️

Worst electronic shop

Worst electronic shop. And worst service. Be carefull customers when u purchase online they are providing only delivery note. They don't provide QR code vat invoices. Cheating to the government bcz they need to pay vat. When we ask they reply we will.send after 24 hours.

Bought a Samsung fold 5

Bought a Samsung fold 5, after 13 days the inner screen failed, brought it back to the store in jazan, they staff kindly assisted with sending the phone to hq for repair. Got a report back that there was a scratch on the screen and the warranty was invalid. Firstly I only opened the screen about 20 times there wasn't a mark on the phone, so clearly the service is very poor. I would never recommend purchasing a phone from this company.

Service Center Issues

I dropped my S23 ultra and the screen was damaged. Visited the Al Raed Extra on King Abdullah road. After 2 weeks they repair it but the fingerprint sensor is not working. I asked for the technician and he was adamant that rebooting the phone will solve it which it didn't. (You cannot back everything up nor drive 2 hours everyday just to follow up on this.) They do not provide any details on what's happening nor they answer their helpline for most of the time. After repeated follow ups accross multiple channels, I've been told it will take another 2 weeks.

Cheated and Ill-considered

I purchased an air conditioner from eXtra (Worood) on 8th July, and while buying they committed that it would be delivered within a week. However, due to some unforeseen reason, I have to go out of the country for urgent purposes. So, I visited eXtra with my friend yesterday, to check if there is any chance to prepone the delivery and installation. They were saying that the delivery will be on 19th. I was shocked to know that while buying they said within a week and now 12 days. I thought of bringing this matter to the attention of the manager and asked for the manager, but nobody was ready to give a responsible answer or allow us to meet the manager, despite our multiple requests. They ill-considered the matter and very badly treated us. It was very disgusting as if we went there to buy something without money.
I experience an inordinate delay in my previous purchase as well from the same store. They gave me multiple excuses that time for the delayed delivery, and I thought it happened by chance. Then many of my friends also shared their bitter experience with the eXtra purchase. So it seems it is very common with eXtra. We lost our trust in them.
So please be alert and careful with eXtra purchases.
