Bought washing machine

Bought washing machine, it didn't work, they blamed the water pressure and refused to return it and give me a refund. I requested a refund within the 14 day period.
They played games and wasted time by sending out people twice to check it and say it works fine and that there is a problem with the water in the house.

I had a washing machine working using the same water for many years. Extremely frustrating. Now I have a washing machine that doesn't work and don't know what to do.
The customer service people told us when we called that they will come and take away the washing machine. They just try to get you off the phone ....

No customer support for home delivery place an order and selected express…

I place an order and selected express same day shipping but after paying I saw it was not there. Any more. I called immediately. EXTRA CUSTOMER SUPPORT. To. Request express shipping and pay the extra charge for it but the lady said I can't do that
I have to wait for regular delivery 4 days or I can cancel Order. I asked her to change It and she said she can't do that, it was my myistake and all. I can do is To cancel order and re order and pay again and wait for my Money to be refunded 2 weeks for first order. I said I am happy. With that must be a better way, She said she will transfer me to Supervisor And she transfered me To a number with now one answer for 10 Minutes just ring to get rid of. Me.... Shame!
Yes I will cancel my order And Not re order again with them! JARIR SELLS SAME MODEL TV.
Be ready to wait long time on phone...nypur call is important but not to them 😑😔

I have very poor experience

I have very poor experience, I expect delivery on time, the driver called me and said I could not deliver it to your area and I will ask my supervisor to call you.Unfortunately no body call I called customer service and I called the Al hail store and said they will check and come back to me and no body called. It’s really bad experience as I need my items urgently.

Very Poor Experinece

Very Poor Experinece. i purchased on line a apple watch on delivery i found that it is empty and there was no watch in it. i kept trying to contact their customer care for two hours but no response from their side.
in their web site there is no place to raise any complaint. Worst service and Fraud happened with me.
still i dont know wether they will take nay action or not.

I went yesterday to the eXtra store on…

I went yesterday to the eXtra store on King  Abdulaziz road.
There was a guy called 'Khaled' at least his name tag said so at the iPhone stand and he was busy chit chatting with a friend not bothered to realise that a customer is waiting.
The topic being discussed with a friend of his was not concerning anything about the products at eXtras but a product of mutual benefit.
Are friend's yak yak yak allowed at the store?
When I countered him if he was from an iPhone stand he said yes and with an audacious body language he then replied that he was busy with his yak yak buddy.

May I know what this guy thinks of himself?
Does he have any etiquette? Is he educated? or does he think that customers must wait till they finish their buddy chit chat  or buddy yak yak.

He should be fired so he can take his buddy yak yak to his home.

Best of the Worst Ever
Boor customer service , I bough washing machine with additional warranty , since they install it Didn't work with Multi Errors , they refuse to take it back & Customer care assign maintenance appointment after 3 weeks !!

I will raise a formal complaint with Ministry of Commerce in order to refund $$.

Bad Experience at All.

Delivered defective phone and refused to exchange/return

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy A52S mobile phone online from extra.com and i got a color defective screen phone. I went to extra showroom for return/exchange. Guys there were rude, abusive and forced me to wait for 3 hours and said we could not exchange or return the phone. Extra company is delivering hardware defective phones online and not doing exchange/return. I had bad experience with extra return online office in rakah showroom. I am left with new phone with hardware issue. I request everybody in saudi arabia not to purchase anything from extra.com online. they supply defective material online and will not accept return or exchange.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. We bought an airconditioner from extra-which was under supplier warranty. Extra gave us numbers of the service who are not redponding. Even we had the warrant , we waited 2 weeks and had to pay from our pocket for the compressor.

Xcite store is great in these terms. Never ever buy from extra their customer service is the worst.

The worst service

The worst service, rude and arrogant staff, first they screw up the pre order mobile, the close the complaint without any consent, after a bad review finally called me and offered a gift coupon, now comes the worst experience, dealt with a extremely rude, arrogant person who misbehaved, at the end better not to deal with such stores, better to take our business to other stores

Don't buy any Mobil or electronic items here, bad customer care and don't expect the service team helps you. I recently purchased laptop, returned due to some technical issue (Which technician refused) within 7 days with lose of SR 400/- (Actual cost of laptop SR1449/-).
" Details":
The technical problem we faced is that, the screen get blurred with noise after 50-60 minutes of working, so i called customer care they replied to visit the nearest Xtra, I visited at around 10kms from my workplace by sparing the time during morning hours, the customer care said please come after 4pm, so that you can find the technician.

I visited again, at 4pm, then i manage to meet him at around 4.45 pm, then he replied that, nothing is wrong with this laptop!! just by visual inspection, i try to convenience him but he refused, then as a frustrated customer, asked the customer care team to take it back, they very easily said OK, no problem, but read the signage about the return items within 07 days...
At last I received the refund with this 25% LOSS...
Please buy from them after thinking many times.. "

Don't go there !

The purpose of Pre-order is to receive it on time. Extra Stores took the money saying it will be delivered on 13th Nov, and after placing the order, they removed the delivery date. After contacting them when you did not receive the item on the promised date, they do not care. If you were incompetent, you should not have took the Pre-order, I could have done with a different vendor. But you took the money and did not deliver on the date promised. And your customer service is worse than despicable. You are not providing any update on the pre-order - which means you stole the money.

إعطاء العميل 7 ايام ضمان إصلاح لديكم وبعد ذلك الذهاب إلى دكاااااان الوكبل للاصلاح في نظري ظلم واجحاف و مهزلة . نحن نعلم من متاجر مثلكم حول العالم ان البائع يصلح ويسترد البضاعة لمدة قد تصل إلى سنه واكثر . حسبنا الله عليكم وعلى الوكيل.
