I have made a few orders from Extreme Eyewear in recent years, all Oakley sunglasses with prescription lenses. They are very well priced compared to Oakley themselves and other online stores. However, it is their customer service -and order warranty - that has impressed me most. I just received some photochromic multifocal lenses intended to repurpose my favourite sunglasses for all day wear, and made a mistake in the order. My usual black Iridium coating and office etiquette don't mix.

Cursing my oversight, I sent a Hail Mary email not really expecting much since the item was exactly as ordered. I was very pleasantly surprised by the reply a few minutes later stating that due to their order warranty, an exchange process had started to swap these lenses for a pair of grey transitions without the Iridium coating. A pre paid shipping label was included too.

This was not a cheap mistake, and I would have struggled to justify the expense of another order.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I received official Ray-Ban replacement lenses complete with a certificate of authenticity. The service was incredibly quick, and the team provided helpful, friendly, and personalized email updates throughout. The product is superior to what you find on the high street, yet significantly cheaper. I am very pleased with my new eyewear and highly recommend this service.

Made contact with the team at Extreme Eyewear via their chat function on their website. I had a complex varifocal prescription and needed some sports sunglasses for hillwalking and outdoor activities.

Simon very helpfully suggested looking at the Bolle range, which I duly did, made my selection, sent over my prescription and used their posted sizing frames to check my pupil positions.

The order was very promptly processed and has arrived exactly 3 weeks after submission, will be trying the glasses outside very soon, but the service has been fantastic and prices are also reasonable given the nature of my prescription.

Fantastic service. Wanted a pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses lenses to go in a new pair of Oakley frames I’d bought. Placed the order and uploaded my prescription and within 48 hours had a box arrive to send in my new frames. Within 2 weeks they were back reglazed with Oakley Prizm polarised black lenses and received the old lenses and original box/bag back all immaculately packaged. Trainer socks also included. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again for my sunglasses and normal glasses in future. Don’t hesitate to use these guys they are professional and responsive and do a great job.

Simon & the team were very helpful here, getting me some prescription lenses sorted for some older Oakley X-Metals. Everything was confirmed along the way - they even reached out to me to check the tint was correct before the lenses were cut. Glasses arrived <24h after being dispatched as well. I'll be back for sure!

Even though I ordered the wrong lenses, Simon did not waste any time in rectifying the problem for me by supplying the correct lenses for my Oakley sunglasses and fitting them for no additional monies apart from what I had initially paid.
I am so glad to know that there are still companies like Extreme eyewear in existence in the UK that will stop at nothing to delight the customer.

I'm a returning customer in Asia and this time I purchased a pair of prescription lenses from Extreme Eyewear.
These lenses are unavailable from all vendors on the internet but I found out that Extreme Eyewear has them and since I have had great shopping experience here I placed an order right away.
Delivery info was accurate and clearly stated it will take 2 or 3 weeks to ship. It was Xmas and New Year time so the lens manufacturer was closed for an additional one or 2 weeks.
Intentionally I bought these lenses for my wife so I was hoping they can arrive before Valentine's Day. There was a slight delay with the manufacturer so I chatted with Simon a few times asking for an update. Simon is a true professional. He replied with accurate information and sorted things out in no time. Eventually the lenses were shipped last Sat and I today received them. Very well packaged and perfect replacement lenses. Thankyou Extreme Eyewear. Definitely recommend this shop.

The service was exceptional. I ordered a pair of prescription Oakley glasses for riding, and they arrived even sooner than expected. Although I realized I had mistakenly chosen a tint that was too dark, they promptly replaced them, including the prescription, with no fuss at all. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Ordered a prescription goggle insert. Great product and good value. Unfortunately I had a small issue with it but thankfully Extreme responded quickly to resolve the problem.

Initially wanted to reglaze a 15 year old pair of Oakley sunglasses. Good communication from Extreme Eyewear advised that - although the model name is still in use - Oakley no longer supply lens for the outdated model. Agreed to buy new frames.

Got everything at a very good price. Everything is definitely authentic and brand new - just much cheaper than direct or from other companies.

I was looking to replace my prescription Oakleys sunglasses and a well known high street chain was hugely expensive. They wanted around £90 to change the lenses over. I contacted Extreme Eyewear and they said there was no charge for changing the lenses, just the cost of the lenses themselves. They also were very helpful answering my questions about tints, varifocals, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered a pair of oakley gauge 8s with prescription lenses. The black frame was too severe and extreme eyewear were happy to sort out a different colour of frame with no fuss.

I ordered a pair of Oakley Flak 2.0 but due to an issue on my part with the prescription I needed to get the lenses replaced. After emailing them I got a swift reply from Simon, who handled the whole process flawlessly, despite it not being their fault.
