It's simply the best. This is the first time I've used Extreme. I was somewhat sceptical about using an online company rather than a readily available mainstream source. I shouldn't have been.
An easy to understand and choose website with clear guidelines for the beginner. The price on screen is the price no hidden extras. Sending off my glasses was easy as the company offered pick up by Royal Mail. But what's sets this company apart from the rest is it's exceptional customer service. Nothing is too much for them, my issues were sorted within minutes and they went above and beyond that which I have experienced from others. I cannot recommend this company more you will NOT be disappointed.

Quick and efficient service. Sent in my prescription and got an envelope by return post to measure my PD. Took a photo and emailed it back to them. I had the glasses within two weeks. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent service when ordering varifocal prescription lenses for Oakley sunglasses. A quick response to a question over my prescription requiring prism, with instructions on how to place the order. Delivery was very quick and the lenses are perfect. The best prescription sunglasses I have ever had. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service from folks who have infinite patience with extreme idiocy from myself, who got the prescription wrong not once, but twice but thankfully it only went through once. Buying process online was fine, website has excellent selection with guidance on entering prescription. The service was quite fast too from sending the tool to measure pupil distance to receiving my glasses. I was very disappointed that after carefully entering my prescription and including a photo of my prescription from my optician I was unable to see anything wearing the oakley straight jacket sunglasses that I ordered, Everything was very blurry and wearing them briefly for just 30 seconds made my eyes sore so this was not just a case of needing to adapt to a new prescription or anything. This must be an issue with the way the lenses were made, the lenses were also not as dark as I would like. I was looking forward to using my new glasses to go hiking on the bank holiday weekend but sadly let down order Order #212831

fantastic customer service - sent me out replacement box for sending in my ray-bans without any issue, it took slightly longer than I had expected but they did keep me updated and I didn't have to chase them. The lenses/ glasses are amazing and worth every penny. I will be using them again 100% - also interestingly enough they dont ask you leave a review so everybody on here who has - have gone out of their way to do so which again speak volumes for the excellent quality.

Fabulous service. Ordered my Oakley vari transitions and they arrived just over a week later. Extreme Eyewear were brilliant when I asked for a change to the position on the vari focal. Couldn't recommend enough.

They have a broad range of products at a fair price, and their customer service is very reliable. Simon replied to all my inquiries before making a purchase. Turned out that my face shape isn’t standard and the lenses didn’t fit me well, they provided a return free of charge and refitted a new pair of lenses. I will recommend.

I don’t normally provide reviews, but these guys need some serious credit. Great product and fantastic customer service - ordered prescription ski goggles online late in the day ahead of a forthcoming holiday and the team proactively engaged with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed, managed to get the goggles to me incredibly quickly, and they are fantastic!!! I got tested at specsavers and wanted to buy a pair of Oakleys which they did not sell, I contacted Extreme via chat and they diligently answered all my questions.

I ordered the glasses and they arrived promptly.

When I tried them on I was not happy with them and upon discussing with Extreme I got my eyes retested to account for some further measurements that Specsavers had failed to account for (my computer setup). They changed the lens (Free of Charge including paid for returns) as part of their excellent customer service policy of wanting the customer to be completely happy.

This is an excellent company to deal with.

True test of good service is when the customer makes a mistake and orders the wrong product - as I did, with prescription sunglasses. Fantastic customer service from this company, far better than I'd expect or even hope for. I can't speak highly enough of them.

Outstanding service. After ordering a pair of prescription Oakley riding glasses, not only did they turn up faster than the estimated delivery time, but when I discovered that I had ordered the wrong ones (too dark) they exchanged them (including the prescription) in double quick time totally hassle free.

This company is a rare find in terms of customer experience and I would definitely recommend it. There were some issues with my order out of their control but they dealt with it professionally and politely, always keeping my needs at the forefront. We found a solution that I was happy with and I would order from them next time for sure. It is very hard to find companies like this these days and Simon is easy to communicate with. Excellent. Great customer service. Ordered a pair of Oakley varifocal sunglasses. When they arrived they were not quite right for reading. Extreme immediately responded that they could make a change and resolve the issue, and told me I could keep the pair they had sent until new ones arrived. I’m really pleased with the new pair. I had an excellent purchasing experience with Extreme Eyewear in the UK. Their team was very helpful pre-purchase, ensuring I received my prescription Oakleys before my holiday. I ordered on July 30th and received them by August 8th. This is my second time buying from them, and the process, including pupil distance measurement, was impressively quick. I previously had an issue with a crack in my glasses, which was promptly resolved under warranty. Great service! I’ll definitely order from them again. Thanks!

“Wow” pretty much covers my experiance, from the simplicity of ordering to delivery of the product, I made an error when ordering, when I contacted Simon and the team, he quickly resolved my error and ordered me me what I needed. 6 weeks on and these are without doubt the best glasses I have had. Just received my new Rudy Project Rydon perscription glasses and as usual Simon and his team have done a great job.
Glasses fit great and perfect vision from the lenses.
These are probably my 6th pair of glasses that I've had from Extreme Eyeware and I'm sure they won't be the last.
