Very disappointed in this company brought an item off the website. The item clearly displayed and the price clearly displayed is Not the item I received the company now wants an extra £100 off me
I intend to get trending standards involved with this issue unless it is rectified quickly
This is clearly false advertising and the company is in breach of section 11 consumer rights act 2015
Which states “ that goods must be as described” be careful the image shown on the website is not actually what you receive

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

Extreme Fitness recently transformed my home gym, and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the result.

From my very first enquiry, nothing was ever too much trouble. Every request I had was accommodated, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, they kept me updated every step of the way, so I always knew what was happening.

The installation team was exceptional. They fitted 30mm gym flooring, assembled an EX-4000 Power Rack, installed a 2.5–30kg dumbbell set with rack, and organised 150kg of Olympic weights. Their attention to detail was outstanding. At every stage, they asked for my feedback, checked that I was happy with the positioning of each piece of equipment, and were more than willing to make adjustments until everything was exactly right.

The quality of the installation was first-class, and the finished gym looks fantastic. It's clear that Extreme Fitness genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and takes real pride in its work.

I cannot recommend Extreme Fitness highly enough. If you're looking for a company that delivers outstanding products, excellent communication, and first-class customer service, look no further.

One final piece of advice! If you're buying an EX-4000 Power Rack, I would absolutely recommend having their team install it. They know the equipment inside out, and the peace of mind is well worth it.

Fast delivery with a text to state when it was arriving. Only had a quick workout using the equipment but it feels very substantial. Best price I found for it online.
Overall, all seems positive.

Would have been 5 star but there was damage on the product. To be fair it was quick and easy to order the new part which was then delivered within 48 hours! Good quality product, awaits its first use.

It was fast efficient service. The product i ordered was extremely well made and therefore should provide me with many years of good service.

Speedy dispatch, good communication and the open trap bar is a great product - especially for the price.

Instructions were a bit tricky but have a magnifying glass handy, take your time and it's fine.

Very easy to order a quick despatch.the accessories which was the leg support pad, was actually for my sons ex4000 rack which we built 2 weeks ago.is an absolute beast!does everything you need and is solid.

Good price and excellent service

Good product however was lost in shipping and therefore delayed. Once it arrived the machine had no assembly guide included, this was requested however I am still yet to receive one.

The product is exactly as described and is of great quality.
I have reduced my review by one star as delivery was delayed. From order, shipping was delayed and the product took 11 days to arrive, however Paul was very prompt at answering all my queries regarding delivery and the delay was not the company's fault as it was an issue with royal mail.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again as customer service and products are excellent.
