Extreme Fitness Avis 

I was looking into getting a commercial level bench and had considered the rep 500. 2.0. Then I stumbled across what looked like the same bench but by extreme Fitness. It was a fraction of the price with only a very few non-important to me differences.

I used the 'ask a question' link on the site to enquire about delivery and recieved a reply very quickly. I then placed an order the morning of 23rd. I recieved the bench the morning of 24th, sent by Palletline. The bench is perfect and exactly as advertised. It is strong and sturdy. Stores upright as expected. I am very impressed with the communication, service, delivery and product quality.

Extremely nice customer service, I did order from them heavy weight vest, had troubles with delivery. but they helping, searching how to resolve issue fast. Great and nice! Got my product!

Had one slight breakage last week but Paul called me & confirmed he would send out replacement parts. A lot of gym kit companies have poor aftersales support but that is not the case here

I found Extreme Fitness through a YouTube ad that caught my eye for their squat racks with integrated cable pulley systems. After some shopping around, I was a little bit skeptical about the look of their website, but after reading other positive Trust Pilot reviews, I ended up ordering the Half Rack with 80kg Lat Pulldown/Low Row, the adjustable FID bench, 150kg bumper plate set (white edition), a black 7ft Olympic Barbell, a 28mm EZ bar, and 1.25kg and 2.5kg fractional plates. I ordered everything on a Wednesday. On the Thursday, I got a call from them asking if it was OK to deliver on Friday and by 4:45pm on the Friday, my shippment arrived. Super impressed with the delivery turnaround for so much kit and the driver was really friendly and attentive, helped get all of the equipment into my garage and had a nice chat.

Later that day I opened up some of the bumper plates and the EZ bar (which were all neatly and protectively packaged) and the quality was exactly what I'd expect from any commercial gym, absolutely no faults there. Finally, by Sunday my wife and I had time to start assembling the Half Rack and again, everything was great quality and felt like it is built to last. One minor niggle is the clarity of instructions, which aren't in any particular order, but showed how the whole half rack was assembled in two or three pages, which wouldn't be such an issue, but a few bolts were either not labelled on the packet or not labelled in the instructions. Despite this, once the bits that were labelled were assembled, it was easy enough to figure out which bolts went where towards the end.

Unfortunately, after unboxing, I noticed that the 2.5kg fractional plates I had ordered had not arrived (I signed off the shippment mistakingly assuming both 1.25 and 2.5kg fractional plates would be in the same box, which they weren't). The following Monday I emailed to say that I had not received them and I got both a response by email and a call the same day to say they'd ship them to me and they arrived on Tuesday. Again, sorted quickly went I'm really impressed with the customer support.

All in all, I'm really happy with the quality and price of the equipment I got from Extreme Fitness and the customer support has been great. There were some very minor niggles with the assembly instructions and one missing item in my order, but the former was easily got around and the latter was addressed very promptly. I would definitely recommend Extreme Fitness and would order from them again!

Bumper plates arrived slightly damaged (Thanks a lot DHL). However Extreme Fitness quickly responded and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Amazing customer service. Looking forward to future purchases.

Not used this company before and was a little apprehensive going straight in with a big purchase, (Leg press/hack squat machine). No need to worry, confirmation received straight away and the delivery firm were great and made contact to provide bespoke delivery slot. Equipment packaged perfectly and although instructions could be a bit better, (I’ve had a lot worse though) all went together perfectly.
The equipment is as good as you’d find in any top hotel gym and I think you’d have to shell out 2 to 3 times more to better.

Great company to buy from, have bought a few items from them now and always experience great customer service and fast delivery. If there are any problems then they are always happy to help and go out of their way to get the right resolution. Would highly recommend and will always go back. On top of that the equipment they have is really good quality and built to last.

Great products, great service. Staff are always helpful which is a great addition to their quality products.

Exactly what I wanted

Always easy and always great, been using them for years since we first opened the gym.

Definitely saved as a favourite site to buy from. Ordered a couple of items from extreme fitness (full set of resistance bands and some gym rings to use outdoors). Both orders really competitively priced and fulfilled really quickly with free shipping (bonus!); and delivered super quick. Always updated on the status of the order too.

Definitely one of the best sites around for home gym kit!

Terrific experience with Extreme Fitness. Good communicators and customer service and care second to none. Highly recommended.

I bought extreme fitness squatrack around 3 years ago
In fairness it is a rock solid piece of equipment
The time as come where i wish to add excessories to it so I have sent an email enquiring as to where I might find add ons I have had no response on that note I will NOT be buying from them again I feel they have taken my money and have no interest beyond that.

I have received my order but the pair of 8kg dumbells were missing, dealt with Paul who was very helpful and sent the missing weights. Very pleased would use this company again

5 star for customer service. The communication was great and the two guys that came to install were fantastic. They were courteous and polite.

What a refreshing change from some of the other so called fitness equipment suppliers.

Communication from Paul was informative and prompt, items were delivered exactly when he said they would be, took 3 days to arrive, compare that with the 3 weeks I've been waiting for a bar from Wolverson and being ignored by Primal because they've massively overshot their promised delivery date. The quality of the Hi Temp bumpers and rubber fractional discs is easily of commercial grade, very good. I'll definitely use again.

Never showed up, had to chase for answers and then told the spec I order they don't do (yet still advertised).
Then asked for a refund and still had to chase.

"Paul" (the Customer service guy) doesn't care. Just comes up with excuses.

No email was sent which was admitted to by Paul and only one attempt to call was made, from withheld number(multiple hours after stated) and no message with number to call back. No second call was attempted. Hence why I had to email again 24 hours later.

Item is still being advertised as available and for sale but it clearly wasn't.

The fact they are trying to justify their lies, shows why you shouldn't use this company at all!
