Don't bother trying to buy something…
Don't bother trying to buy something from this company I've been trying to buy a seat for my golf cart and all I get is AI messages to buy more crap I've sent numerous emails texts with the phone number and they say it'll get back to you within 3 hours or 24 hours. They tell you to leave a voice message on their phone number but all you get is music how you supposed to leave a phone message when you're on hold. This must be another Young Person's company who thinks AI is going to take over customer service for them.

We do use AI as part of our support process, but it is not a replacement for human customer service. It is simply a tool that helps gather information efficiently before a ticket is placed into the hands of our team. In this case, your inquiry was handed directly to our Head of Customer Relations to ensure it was reviewed and handled by a real person.
We replied to each email sent and requested a valid phone number so we could contact you directly. We also returned every call we received from you, but unfortunately those calls were not answered. We were also unable to leave a voicemail because the voicemail box associated with the number that called us was full.
To clarify, our phone system does provide the option to leave a voicemail once the hold ends, and no voicemail was left regarding this matter.
In addition, when we requested a phone number through email, the number provided contained 11 digits, so we were unable to confidently use it as a valid callback number. Our email follow-ups went unanswered, while multiple new tickets were opened instead of replying to the active conversation, which made it more difficult to resolve the matter efficiently.
We want to be clear that our use of AI is intended to improve response efficiency and help us serve every customer as thoroughly as possible, not to avoid human interaction.
If you would still like assistance, please provide a valid phone number and a time you are available, and our team will be happy to help directly.

Well, it goes without saying that the online ordering and delivery was as expected. I think they use Shop PAY for payment processing and in my experience is as solid and secure as Amazon, PayPal, etc. They used UPS for delivery and communications, and delivery performance was great and on par with what we have come to expect from online retailers. What made the Extreme Kartz experience special, and worthy of 5 stars is the presales support. May application for the product I purchased is supported but not common. Having contact with a great presale support team made the purchase and implementation great!

Great Experience For Multiple Purchases
I have made several purchases from Extreme Kartz for my golf cart. Several purchases have been straight forward and I didn't need further product assistance. However, on a couple of occasions, I reached out to ask questions and look for recommendations for items such as lithium batteries, solenoids, and controllers. Each time, Extreme Kartz was great and provided the exact info I needed for my particular situation.
I would recommend them for your golf cart needs!

2010 Club Car Conversion to Lithium Ion…
I was looking to convert my 2010 Club Cart Precedent over to Lithium Ion. My main concern was to pick a supplier that could help guide me through this process. Number one on my wants was a high quality package that would not be a head ache down the road. I also wanted a supplier that could provide help if I had questions. I picked Extreme Kartz and was very pleased with their recommended ECO Bundle. My install went very well.

Extreme Kartz knows nothing about golf carts. They are just a storefront with no inventory or golf cart knowledge. There are a number of very knowledgeable golf cart part sources so save yourself wasted time and order from one of the reputable sources.

Your order was placed on November 21st, before any Black Friday/Cyber Monday pricing changes were announced and before our vendor lowered their cost. The temporary discount you saw was a direct result of that vendor holiday price change and was not pricing available at the time of your purchase. Because of this timing, we are unable to retroactively apply sale pricing on orders made prior to the promotion period.
Your package was delivered on November 29th, and the return request was submitted the following day, November 30th. At no point during that communication was a price adjustment requested—only a return. Our team responded promptly and provided the standard return terms, which include shipping responsibility and the manufacturer’s 20% restocking fee, consistent with our published policy.
We understand it can be frustrating to see an item go on sale shortly after purchase, and we certainly don’t fault you for that sentiment. However, we do have to remain fair and consistent for all customers by honoring the pricing and policies in place at the time the original order was submitted.
We always aim for professional and clear communication and regret that the situation ultimately led to disappointment. Should you ever wish to shop with us again, we’re here to help within policy and ensure clear expectations moving forward.
