The customer service department is awesome, they help me with all my questions very knowledgeable about their product's. I ordered front seats for my golf cart and they were very nice and comfortable i got two tone black and charcoal gray with lime green piping,I get a lot of compliments on them so I also ordered seat covers for the back seats to match the front. Super easy to install. I love my new seats and would recommend them to friends at the golf club.

Extreme Kartz customer service and tech support is top notch. I ordered 3 items for my club car tampo. DoubleTake storage bucket, DoubleTake Hitch Assembly, and the DoubleTake roof top handle. I reached out for tech support in regards to the fitment of the storage bucket. The customer service response was quick and they checked with manufacture and got back to me quickly. For the customer service and support I will continue to purchase from Extreme Kartz.

The price was less than other sites and showed up quickly. Had all the parts and was easy to replace. Ordered this same windshield from a different website. It was more expensive and was broken in the box with no shipping damage. Since it had been over their 5 day package opening policy they wouldn’t cover the cost. I definitely will keep my business with Extreme Kartz !!

I purchased a new black roof for my club car precedent. Ordering was great, price was great and delivery was great. The roof came and was and still is pushed in quite a bit and the top has four deep scratches/gouges. I’m not terribly unsatisfied but a little disappointed.

I emailed asking about a lithium battery choice for my golf cart and Ryan replied to me after hours on a Saturday and was by my side the whole way. The level of customer service felt like I had a friend I could call to talk me through anything I would encounter. This company and the guys running it are top notch!

This tinted windshield is a nice upgrade and has a great look to it, fit is pretty good and includes all new mounting hardware. It comes with the slotted vents and slider for air circulation. I opted to use the original upper rubber windshield supports, the windshield does not come with a hole for the windshield wiper but is no big deal since I never us the wiper anyway.

If your looking for a nice looking tinted windshield to dress up the front end, I would recommend this one!

I ordered a light kit and all my parts for the golf cart we have for a customer but found out after we needed a harness. I ordered a harness and bought some extra stuff to get the free shipping which ships in 1-2 days. However, it is closing in on a week and was supposedly supposed to be delivered by end of day today Monday as the tracking number showed us but now we see it is going to be delivered by end of day Wednesday. I liked this site as a dealer because we get stuff pretty fast but I have a cart ready lined up for a customer and now I can’t get the one part in we need to finish the sale. I know to some people it might be a whatever deal but when you’re running a business the saying is true “time is money” and I’m losing a sale because of it

I bought 2 golf cart seats one the color was correct the other seats color is not the color I ordered and they do not want to make it right. They emailed me admitting they agreed the color was wrong but since they are just a middleman they will not make it correct.

I purchased the Madjax Ultimate Light Kit from ExtremeKartz just three years ago. Recently, the plastic brake sensor broke, and when I reached out to ExtremeKartz, their only solution was for me to buy an entirely new Madjax light kit for $548.

This is extremely disappointing. A minor component failure — something that should be easy and inexpensive to replace — should not require replacing the entire system. If Madjax products are built this way and ExtremeKartz stands behind that approach, it says a lot about the poor product design and lack of customer support.

I would not recommend buying from ExtremeKartz if this is how they handle product issues. Poor quality, no reasonable replacement options, and zero accountability. Extremely dissatisfied.

I find it rare to not only be able to talk to a person, having helpful and knowledgeable people on the other end of the phone is rare. Great company with great people.

On February 23rd, 2025, I ordered a golf cart windshield (#: 90999) on their website. It was shipped via FedEx and a few days later, I received a message from FedEx stating it was delivered. When I got home that evening, there was no signs of a large box being delivered. I checked my order with FedEx and the picture message from FedEx showed the box in the back of a delivery truck with a message stating, "Your package was delivered." I called FedEx to dispute the delivery and after not getting help from them, I contacted Extreme Kartz and informed them of the missing delivery. Even though it was not on their company, Extreme Kartz was very pleasant to work with and sent me another new windshield right away. The customer service and professionalism was above the rest and what anyone would want in working with a business when purchasing products. I will get all my golf cart parts and accessories from Extreme Kartz and no where else from here on out. Thank you!

I ordered a lithium professional kit and also a light kit for my ezgo. There was one part missing but after contacting customer service they explained that is was complete based on my cart. the light kit was also not working and the same customer service agent helped me get a new kits shipped out. they do call backs right away and very responses via email.

Service over an incredible depth of knowledge of all things golf cart related. I've called a dozen times, and each time they answer with enthusiasm. They've sent me to online resources, and they regularly look up parts for my hard-to-find cart. Doesn't matter if you're sporting an EZGO, a Yamaha, a Club Car, or any other golf cart, they can find the parts you need!
