I attempted to engage with the company and initially they seemed very helpful when they thought I would give them my business. However their customer assistance when it came to preparing my book for publication was hopelessly inadequate leading to a me wasting time and funds that could better spent elsewhere.

Ordered a small print run of hardcover photography books and could not have been more satisfied with the quality of the paper, the printing itself, and essentially the entire process. Ex Why Zed turned what would normally have been an arduous process with a reasonably-high learning curve into a seamless experience.

The customer service is worth a special mention. Not only have they taken the time to produce extremely in-depth videos explaining the entire process to those not familiar with printing, but once the process has started they make sure that what you've got on your screen is what you'll have in your hands. Will absolutely be printing with them for as long as I can make printable work.
