Eye Club Avis 

Vorig jaar heb ik bij Eyewear een zonnebril gekocht ter waarde van €250,00. Omdat de bril te klein was, heb ik deze geretourneerd volgens de instructies van het bedrijf.

Op 10 juli 2025 ontving ik een bevestiging dat mijn retourzending door Eyewear was ontvangen. Inmiddels zijn we vele maanden verder en heb ik nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen.

Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen via e-mail en andere kanalen, maar krijg geen enkele reactie. Het gaat om een aanzienlijk bedrag van €250,00 en ik vind het onacceptabel dat ik na zo’n lange tijd nog steeds op mijn geld wacht.

Ik hoop dat deze review ervoor zorgt dat Eyewear eindelijk contact met mij opneemt en mijn terugbetaling zo snel mogelijk verwerkt.

Na een jaar nog steeds aan het wachten op mijn terugbetaling van mijn terug gestuurde zonnebril! Ze zeggen continu dat ze gaan oplossen en reageren. Nog steeds niets ontvangen! Ik heb een juridische procedure gestart die internationaal te werk gaan dus ik zal niet rusten voor ik het terug heb en heb meerdere gedupeerde achter me staan!
Nooit iets kopen hier!

Still chasing up the refund for an order i did last year . The sunglasses were not in stock after months of wait then no one replies to the emails for refunding the sunglasses i never got.

Dopo aver letto le recensioni ero molto preoccupato per la professionalità dell’azienda. Al contrario sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, ottimo servizio clienti, con risposte molto rapide. Li ho contattati perché in fase d’ordine non mi era stato fatto inserire l’indirizzo di spedizione ma solo indirizzo di fatturazione. Ho ricevuto assistenza immediatamente e dopo aver indicato le mie informazioni è stata pianificata molto rapidamente la spedizione con il corriere FedEx. Il mio paio d’occhiali è arrivato in circa 10 giorni lavorativi

I bought an optical frame from eyeclub Reading and it didn’t fit nicely, I went back to the shop and the owner tried something to solve the problem and he couldn’t, he said he was not a technician and asked me to go back there again to see one of their technicians. meanwhile I had sore ears and called the shop to see how they could help, the owner of the shop said I can go back on Thursday morning 14th of August to see one of the technicians and I did. On the day Before I even got into the shop he said I’m going to do the refund and decided for me what was the best, I found it very rude. Then said he’s interviewing the lady who was sitting there and we should leave the shop. I told him you didn’t even let me say my bit about the situation and he said you can come back in 15 minutes. We have done the refund but I found the whole thing so unprofessional and poor, from the customer service to the comfort of the design. Do not recommend this place.

Very poor service. They sold me some contact lens but when I needed aftercare and a repeat test, they said they had no availability for 4 weeks. I booked and then after 2 weeks they cancelled the appointment and admitted they did not have the equipment to help me anymore. Not only did they waste my time, I am left with contact lens without aftercare. Disappointing and unprofessional.
