Excellent service and care from the optician and assistant. Both were willing to spend time with both my husband and myself. The eye test surpassed any that we have had from other opticians. Time was spent explaining each stage and the outcomes. When collecting our glasses the service was excellent. We have recommended the store to several friends.

I want to thank Fatema, Optometrist at Eye Emporium, 64 High Road, Willesden. It took a number of sessions with her to get the exact right prescription and the right type of lens for me. She was patient throughout, and her clear explanations about my eyes helped me understand what was going on and put my mind at ease. She made me feel genuinely looked after, not just processed.

I've now been wearing these lenses for over six months, comfortable throughout, even during hayfever season. I can read clearly for hours, which is most of my day, and see well at a distance too.

Fatema took over my care from Optometrist Batul, at Eye Emporium, 184 High Road, Willesden, who saw me for my first appointment before retiring. Batul was very thorough, put my mind at ease over a suspected cataract, and clearly explained why my previous lenses were uncomfortable. She personally recommended Fatema, and that trust was well placed.
