I've made over $2k from EyeEm since they launched, but after the acquisition by Talenthouse everything has changed. Have not processed payout requests, photos are still being sold, does not respond to emails or social. For years EyeEm gave so much to the community, sad to see how they completely gave up on that.

This company is now a scam. Payments are never processed and if you have payments pending they will not close your account.
Have been waiting 6 months for a payment and more than a month for account to be closed.
Best thing you can do is delete all of your photos and hope they don't just store copies on their servers.

This site is a total joke. The people that make the decisions will leave your submissions "Under Review" for weeks at a time, with no explanation. It is a waste of time. They really need to get over themselves.

Eyeem does not pay their contributors for months but still sells their photos.

Ich kann wirklich jeden nur empfehlen, Strafanzeige gegen diese Firma zu stellen!!!

Es werden seit meiner Kündigung im Jahr 2021 über Partneragenturen wie Adobe Stock, Getty Images und Alamy Bilder über die Eyeem Collection in den Partner Agenturen verkauft.

Eine Auskunftsanfrage und Rechnungslegung meinerseit bei der Firma Getty images Adobe Stock und Eyeem selber ist bis heute ohne Antwort geblieben bezüglich der über die Kollektion verkauften Bilder.

Nach Prüfung meiner Bildlizenzen von Eyeem Bildern bei Bilderkäufern, musste ich feststellen, dass bis heute Bilder verkaufen werden an Kunden ohne meine Einwilligung, auch nach der Kündigung, die meinerseits bei Eyeem im Jahr 2021 erfolgte.

Ich kann jedem nur dazu raten, diese Verkäufe bei Kunden mit Nachweis einer Lizenz in Form einer Berechtigungsanfrage zu erfragen und kostenpflichtig abzumahnen!

Das was ich in zwei Jahren erfahren und gesehen habe bei Bildnutzern ist einfach nur noch erschrekend!!!!

Es kann nicht sein das Getty Images hier für ein Bild 450€ bekommt und man als Fotograf noch nicht mal seine Lizenzvergütung!!!!

Wie ich nun erfahren musste, ist die Firma wohl pleite und es sind weiter gutgläubige Anbieter auf die Firma hereingefallen.

Ich habe mehrfach versucht meine Erfahrungen in einer deutschen Facebook-Gruppe zu teilen, der Administrator dieser Gruppe ein bekannter deutscher Stockanbieter hat mich darauf hin aus dieser Gruppe geworden vor einem Jahr.

Mir tun die anderen Stockanbieter wirklich leid, dass Sie nicht weiter von mir auf den Sachverhalt aufmerksam gemacht werden konnten und alles versucht wurde, um mich Mundtod zu machen. Lasst euch nicht von einigen bezahlten Markenbotschaftern großer Stockagentur verarschen und macht euer eigenes Ding!

Wünsche allen anderen viel Erfolg und fragt die Lizenzen der Bilder nach und holt euch euer Geld zurück!

This company doesn't pay salaries. No money received since October. They don't reply to emails or inquires about money owed.

You can delete your images-as I did- but one at time! Take of the partner ones first! Horrible company!

I used eyeem since 2014, and have been consistently selling photos on the platform. However, since October 2022 my earnings have not been paid.

Hey Everyone, there seems to be a growing trend here. I am having the same issues as those who have left reviews. I got told in Jan 2023 due to the merge our payment would be within the next few weeks. Now after 5 more emails and no payment I get zero replies.

** Eyeem ** If you read this review I want to let you know what you're doing ! I am unemployed and so is my wife due to her Terminal Illness. I have zero income and rely heavily on even the smallest of earnings to help us by. You are withholding and illegally keeping my funds which would help me and my family.

I 'HOPE' someone somewhere can do something about this as it's completely unacceptable ! Pay out the money we have EARNED....you had your commission from our sales so give us what we earned !

Since Talenthouse took over they been scamming contributors. They keep selling our work but we not being paid since October 2022 and they refuse to respond to e mails. Go look at their social media they even blocked comments.

They didn't the payment , and they don't respond on mails since more then 3 monthes, it is a scam

EyeEm bezahlt einen nicht mehr und betrügt damit.
Außerdem reagiert der Support egal auf welchem Weg absolut gar nicht.

It was a good site, but now it become a scam. They are not making payments anymore. Also lot of sold pictures doesnt even show in the "Sold list". Its not possible to remove your photos neither and deleting account is also impossible, i wrote them a year ago and still nothing.

Update on my previous email - payment still not received!! No answer to emails - TERRIBLE AGENCY - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They should be reported for fraud / theft!

Have not been paid since Oct 2022.

Scam and fraud they even don’t respect their own rules no payment at all since October !!! the loot our royalties and all of this with a lack of respect for contributors!!!
No answer to our mails regarfing the issues!!!

They are not paying photographers and contributors since October 2022. Me included.
